Del Taco — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Most Rude, entitled, self absorbed team ever. The three women working, young Hispanic, younger African American, and older Hispanic lady, are always rude as hell. Can in front of us sat at the order menu for 10 minutes without anyone answering. So I went inside and they were just chilling in there "oh our systems down." Then I told the lady in front of us. They took their order at the window 5 minutes later, taking 5 minutes for a shake and bean burrito, no guests inside. When we pulled up for the window they told us to get to the back of the 5 car line. They don't take orders at the window. "Your system was down" went inside and told them that they messed up my husbands order 4 days ago and they said no they can't help us even though they said at the drive through window they would. So when we pointed that out she said oh well. And that there was nothing they could do, when I said any other fast food locations would have let us know by coming outside to at least inform their customers rather than ignoring them, she said to go to one of those then. My husband tried calling and while calling I went back in. No one was in the kitchen area for a long time. One girl was in the back, one in the kitchen and the other was making drinks in the front dining area soda machine. After ignoring me and the phone the young Hispanic girl begrudgingly turns to me after ignoring me for an order. "Can someone answer the phone? My husband keeps calling." "Well you can see we are very busy" there is one person in the lobby who just walked in and the one person in drive thru and none of them were in the kitchen for 5 minutes .... But they are so busy! When I pointed that out she rolled her eyes and ignored me moving to take the order of the person who walked in to order since they kept ignoring everyone in the drive thru. Ytrixy and Lupe

** The only reason it's a ⭐⭐ and not ⭐ is because the young manager Robert is always respectful, and tries to be helpful even if it isn't the desired result. He at least shows kindness and consideration rather than contempt...

This trip was really frustrating. First I pulled up to the speaker and couldn't reach anybody. Once the cars in front of me disappeared I thought I better drive up. I get there and explained what happened so they started to take my order. Well half way though the order they stopped me to take the person behind me order. They then asked to to go park out front. I asked they give me 15 inferno hot sauces for all the food I ordered. They said no problem. I drove off and parked like I was asked. I was out there for over 5 min. While I was waiting 4 cars got their food from the drive through and left. Finally when they did brink the food they left all the hat sauce. I asked they bring some inferno and she went back only to return with ketchup, mild and med. Err. She started to walk away as I tried to get her attention but she ignored me. I opened the door and got louder. She turned around with attitude. I said I only want inferno. She turned without saying anything leaving me wondering what is happening. She returned with a small back with the hot sauce. What a...

Walking up i was looking for an outside trash can to dispose of my trash since I feel it's disrespectful to go inside to throw away items. I didn't see one by door but the big dumpster was open so I threw away my drink and paper bag. I proceeded inside but was greeted by manager lady in gray shirt, short with glasses who decided in front of customers to yell at me thru the doorway not to use that garbage, bring my trash inside, I told her the lid was open and she refused to believe me when I tried to show her. She was very angry at me and closed the door on me as I approached to come inside. I still ordered food, but not sure why the trash placement was a huge deal when I could have just thrown in parking lot with other trash laying around.
