I'm going to re-do a review of mine that Sonic replied to then had deleted/removed!!!!! I will keep leaving the same review as many times as I need to before it gets left up. I have screenshots of the original post & Sonic's reply. See attached photo of screenshot. Now then, this location consistently fails to fill orders correctly after 4 p.m. It is a crapshoot what you are going to leave with but the only guarantee is that it won't be what you ordered. I have gone through the drive thru as well as ordered on the app with those crappy results. So this last time I went inside & experienced THE SAME THING. But this time I made them correct it before I left. If I failed to do my job accurately as often as this Sonic, I would get fired. So I am warning everyone who visits this location to be prepared for this experience. I have a right to leave this negative but honest testament. I will keep posting it everytime it gets taken down. Read morePassing by on my way to Houston, I order my food come around and pay and I know it was slightly higher than usually but I didn’t think anything of it. Look at my receipt once I got my food and was like this is not what I ordered. Pulled back around and told the girl at the window this is not what I ordered very politely and told her what I wanted she said no that is what you said, I said no ma’am this is not what I wanted. She goes on to say ma’am this is what you said I said no maybe you misunderstood my apologies if so but this is not what I wanted she goes on to continue to say this is what you ordered I repeated my order back to you, at this point I’m frustrated can you just take the sandwich and make what I ask for. Read moreWarning to all...do not let any employee say the card reader is not working properly or cannot read your card and take your card anywhere you cannot see and watch them. After not using my card for over a week, I used it at Sonic in Palmer then suddenly was being charged for purchases made at Wal-Mart online. 5 purchases to be exact within 12 hours. When we called the store to ask if the readers were having issues, we were told no, hadn't been any issues at all. Makes one wonder! On to the service....never been very good. Always slow and most of the time the food tastes old or like it has been sitting under lamps for a while. Employees aren't very friendly and don't act like they really want be there. Only employee that has ever been fantastic is Courtney and I'm not sure she still works there...she gets the star on...
