I'd give minus stars if I could .Took my family out to Wus in Palos today . There was 9 of us total. It was my daughter's 34th Birthday. We always go to Orlands but wanted to try the new location, as last time at Orland Wu's the hibachi Chef was horrible. Well sorry to say the Chef today was worse. No tricks, no smiling, little interaction, tossed at least 15 broccoli spears in the air and never got close to anyone's mouth. He served us cold golden sauce, that was suppose to be on the side and slopped it all over our plates, the Appetizer shrimp cooked last .
The worst was serving the Birthday Girl undercooked steak and served her last. He kept forgetting everything for one of my guest like her noodles, sauces, etc. It was a terrible experience. They poured water all over 2 of my guests and as they were trying to dry the phone, the waiter rudely ripped the napkin away to dry to the table, instead of phone. They didnt know which drinks were whose.
The manager Fee, condoned all this behavior and argued with me. Since they include the tip as "service fee" I told her what the check said was exactly what they were getting and were lucky to get that! We heard other customers complaining as well.
I know the owner Michael he is in Orland Location. I only hope he sees this review and changes some things or I'm afraid all these beautiful restaurants will be empty soon. They cheated themselves tonight out of at least a hundred extra dollars in Tips if not more!!
Too expensive for such horrid food, not prepared correctly, by untrained " Chefs" Try Fuji in Orland or Hamada house or Tokyo house in Tinley way better! Avoid this place. They don't care about their...

From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was immersed in an atmosphere of elegance and authenticity that set the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Wu's House offers a menu that combines traditional Chinese flavors with modern innovation, and it's a testament to their commitment to excellence. The variety of options left me spoiled for choice, but every dish I sampled was a delightful revelation. I started with the Pineapple Beef, a standout dish that perfectly balanced savory and sweet elements. The tender beef, sautéed with onions, and succulent pineapple chunks, created a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. It was a memorable introduction to Wu's House's culinary artistry. Read moreWell for one thing I did not like how all the plates were made out of plastic. There were no real plates. They were all made from hard plastic which is a huge turn off... Another thing, was it tasted like the food was cooked and butter? I don't know if it was regular butter or clarified butter but it sure did taste like it was butter. I had noodles with tofu and then the fried rice tasted like it was cooked and butter. I don't know for sure but it did taste like that and I am a plant-based vegan so I don't think that was good... Also the cucumber salad. I'm sorry but that was not good at all. It's literally a big cucumber chopped up and put into a bowl. There was hardly any and I mean any vinegar and oil or whatever. They just put a little drizzle on there so you're basically eating just a rock cucumber and that was it. You need to add more dressing some black sesames or something but it was very very untasty and dull. Just a chapped up cucumber... I really don't see what the big deal is about these places. I always see them pack with people but for me I did not care for it. Beautiful facility though... And for some reason the sushi that I got it came in all different sizes. It seemed when you make sushi it should be all perfect pieces in a circle log... These ones were big, small bent up. They were all messed up.. and the portions were I mean a little bit too big. They were gigantic portions but I guess some people like that in America but it was just sloppily done in a lot of ways and it was just too much food grossly too much food for...
