Ordered a peach sundae since I get that almost every time I go there, this time I got extra peaches because it just wasn’t enough last time, no problem. I get to the window and receive my sundae and it looks like they didn’t put any extra peaches in it at all, so I asked nicely if they could put a little more in since I paid for extra. She said she put extra in it and that they don’t give out extra for free. Which is completely understandable, but I respectfully said it just doesn’t look like extra and looks the same as what I got last time without even ordering extra. and she proceeds to say “the extra might be under the whip cream” which it was not at all😂 so I ended up just leaving because I didn’t want to make it a big deal. I just expected receiving what I ordered and for better customer service. What an improvement since the last owner! While his staff was always friendly, I felt like I drew the short straw if I had to order from him. These owners are very friendly. We got a lot of ice cream for a very reasonable price. They also seem to have more options for hot food than the previous owner. Even though the line is very long at times it moves quickly. Staff comes out to take your order when lines get long and that really seems to help. We have now been here several times and our experience has been consistently great.
