This is the second time I’ve gone in before 8pm (they close at 9pm) in the last week. Was not greeted or acknowledged for 5 minutes even though the girl working was standing right in front of me. She was yelling at the other 2 people working giving them “directions” for closing down the shop even though it was well over an hour before they closed. And completely disregarded that I was waiting there. Earlier this week when I went in she was eating over the sandwich making station and did not acknowledge that was there for over 5 minutes. Finally when she was done and ready to take my order she was not listening to my order or giving it any of her attention. She was preoccupied trying to instruct the others on how to close down the shop. This time I decided after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged and finally told “we will be with you soon” and then waiting another few minutes that I would take my business elsewhere. Very bad customer service. I am not asking for much, I just want a sandwich. She was way to concerned to get the shop closed than she was at helping me...
Read moreWe put in a to-go order here around 8:30pm, when they closed at 10pm. We ordered a toasted sandwich and a kids pizza. Almost immediately, it looked like they tried calling us but we were leaving Bryce and didn't get good cell service and couldnt take the call. We get there 15 minutes later and are told they turned their ovens off for the night and couldn't fulfill our order. Who turns their ovens off at least 90 minutes before closing?? Instead of pizza, they gave us two small kid sandwiches which my kids barely touched. I just don't get it and get the sense the staff was incredibly lazy. We were still charged the same rate, including the extra charge for bacon which I didn't get because their ovens were off. They mentioned the two kids sandwiches were worth more than what we paid but what I wanted was what I knew my kids would eat. I was tempted to ask for the ovens to be turned back on. Very unhappy with my experience. If you're in a pinch and need to eat, they have food. Just may not be...
Read moreThis places food is tasting kinda weird. After got my sandwich I sat down to eat like normal and when I unwrapped it and started eating there was something spicy in it. For the record this is what I got. Turkey sandwich with provolone with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ranch, and vinaigrette. Also, my mother who also got ranch on hers said her sandwich was spicy. But, my dad who didn't have any ranch on it said it wasn't spicy. I think it was weird that the ranch could have been spicy because when I go to subways their ranch isn't spicy. Also my sandwich was super acidic probably because I put on mustard and vinaigrette but I have never felt this amount of acidity. The placement was also interesting because it was in the corner of a gas station but on the pulse side they have crocodile jerky. Wouldn't want...
