Nestled in a tiny hut of a cafe, Latte Luv charms with its quaint exterior and endearing name. My husband's caramel latte drew praises for its rich flavor, though my experience with the chai tea latte left me yearning for a stronger chai essence.

The allure extended to their chocolate chip cookies, which, while tasty, were only slightly warmed, falling short of expectations. Moreover, my frustration peaked with the online ordering system, which automatically applied a 15% tip. While I appreciate the convenience, the tipping policy felt unwarranted for a simple beverage and cookie transaction. I removed the tip at first but then had to go out of the cart and when I went back in I forgot to remove it again. I was very peeved. Please make it so the tip isn't applied automatically please.

Me and my family will never go to this store again. My husband called me and told me he got refused coffee after working 13 hrs driving and delivering all day to different stores. I find it very disrespectful with all the stuff going on they refused to give my husband coffee because he walked up. He is a truck driver which is VERY essential for everyone right now and they wouldn’t have a job if he was not driving. I seen other places allow truck drivers that cannot drive underneath their clearance to walk up and order. Mind you his truck was in front of the store and he was in uniform and had his badge visible. Also his job requires him to wear a mask so he was protected. This spot is one of my Favorites, a must stop for coffee if you're in the Lancaster area and on the go. The girls are always sooo nice and they greet you with a smile. Their quality of coffee and espresso is 5 stars, and if you want to try the best latte on the menu, the caramel dream is a literal dream! Support local and come here for coffee. I've never had to wait long to get my order in, but i did see some negative reviews about that 3-4 years ago. Which makes me laugh because that was during a crazy time of covid and when you think people would be more understanding, some seemed to become more vicious.
