Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Paragould

Editing my review. I previously rated this establishment 5 stars because of the service. I previously stated that they never got my order wrong.

Over the past two weeks my order has been wrong 3 times. It was not really a big deal, but the way it was handled was ... annoying.

I went this morning to get a water with extra ice, she misheard me and gave me a water with easy ice. No big deal, it's a water. The carhop offered to make another large water with extra ice for me. I said, "no, that's fine just bring me a medium cup of ice and I will use that." She comes back out with a small cup of ice and said that the GM said I could only have a small cup of ice to add to my water.

That's petty, especially when I was trying to consider the cost to company by asking for a smaller cup instead of just replacing what they have already brought me.

I would like to add that the carhops are extremely nice...

Tonight was my last visit to any Sonic. My order included a junior burger which was entirely cold, the meat as well as the bun. I tried to order a small shake for my husband and a small blast for myself and was told they were out of small cups so my choices were to order minis or mediums. The blast was a chocolate chip cookie dough one which only had cookie dough on the top portion. The blast was clearly not mixed with the bottom two-thirds being plain vanilla ice cream. Flavorless. I have been disappointed with this and other Sonics over and over and was hoping this time would be different. It was not. If you want cold meals and pay for product you do not receive, then Sonic is for you. I will not be returning to any of them. Such a disappointment. If I could give a negative star rating I would. I was at your establishment today 1/21/22 @ 10:44am. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper and small mozzarella stick. The car hop 183 Bee brought my order out. My large Dr. Pepper had soda all on the outside of the cup. I asked the car hop for napkins and she says let me have it back as she then proceeds to wipe the soda all off my cup with her bare hands ALL OVER MY CUP. Now granted I am not naive that they do touch my cup to make the drink and bring it out to me but to blatantly with this virus going on for her to touch my cup like that. Your employees should make sure they carry napkins with them or something else other than just using their non-gloved hand to rub all...
