Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Paris

Okay Papa John's I sincerely appreciate you guys right now. I had a really bad experience the last time I ordered and left a nasty review. After I sent the review I felt really bad because it was partially my fault for what happened, but, the review was already placed. I got a call today and you guys gave me my change back and a free pizza! I personally don't think I deserve this given how nasty I was in the review but I absolutely appreciate the customer service here! I've worked in fast food for 4 to 5 years and I didn't think the review would have been noticed because they normally don't and when this one was I was shocked!! I ordered food from here along with a drink and gave a couple dollar tip. I was told after I had ordered that a Door Dash driver would be delivering the food. When the driver arrived, she handed me my food, but I noticed that she didn't have my drink. I asked her about it, and she immediately said that she could go back to get it. I thanked her, and she left. After a half an hour passed, I called the store to ask where she was. They told me that she had come in and picked up the drink, and that she had left a little bit ago. After I waited another half an hour, I called again. I was given a credit, but it is still extremely frustrating. It's clear that the Door Dash driver stole my drink. We were trying to get a surprise birthday pizza delivered to my Mom who is unable to drive. We called other pizza spots in Paris and were told no, the 6 miles to her house was too far. Not for Papa John’s though. Josh answered the phone and without hesitation, said he could make the delivery. 45 minutes later my Mom was the most overjoyed woman on the planet! She had her favorite food along with cheese sticks and a giant chocolate chip cookie delivered right to her front door on her birthday. It was fast, hot and exactly what we ordered.
