Red Dirt Tavern — Restaurant in Paris

Poor customer service today! My wife had a coupon for a free kid entry but the cashier didn’t know how to ring it up. After asking why ours was more than another couple in our group we were told it was a card fee so I left and asked for our friends receipt, well the other couple also paid with card and our card fees were the same. Turns out cashier just told me that so I would leave. I went back again asking why it was different and started receiving a bad attitude from the cashier “Sir I Rang it up right” well if it was right the total amount would equal the same as any other 2 people. I asked to talk to the manager who was slightly more helpful, manager pulled up my receipt and found that the coupon only discounted the free kid entry $0.50, said they had changed the coupon and refused to do anything about it; so I left and continued on with our lunch. Pizza was alright but nothing amazing, especially not after that experience. After we ate we went and played arcade games only to find 3 different machines stealing our tokens; it’s frustrating when you put the 5 required tokens in but then the game doesn’t work and you don’t get your tokens back. Overall bad experience, if the customer service had been better and they had actually tried to be helpful even just explaining things instead of being rude I could have lived...

I was not there but for 10 mins and TBCA walked in and started talking to the bar tinder about them drinking on the job. Iam in town for work and want a place to chill this place was ok. Like 3 people walking around with security shirts on but drinking. How you going to be security if your drinking too. Ask one of the bar tinders to smile when she made a drink and she told me she is not a striper. Lol funny but it's all about customer service in a bar if you dont smile then the customers feel like you dont care. It's a bar plan and simple. 3 pool tables and one is taken by the people that work here. As big as this place is they could be making a lot of money on a sat night if they had alot more tables and did pool tournaments. Thats my opinion. It's a big place but it was slow for a Saturday. Maybe 30 people. Don't get me wrong I will be back just cause its a bar. But dont expect much. I had the mini tacos for food that was good. Just saying. Lol if your a single man not the place for you. Find another bar probably 10 guys to every 1 female. Bar tinders spend more time on there phone...

Well every check I take kids somewhere to eat, well Thursday last week on the 10th we came here to eat, it was later in the evening little bit of food on bar the pasta was all dried up burnt tomato sauce, again came back figured would be different not was I wrong got charged nearly ten dollars difference now mind you I was just here a week before. Had same amount of people same amount drinks, and still charged ten dollars more. Okay paid sit down to eat they had pizzas this time, but the cashier decides to go back in the back with others and run his mouth about me and cussing again, I for one will be calling the manager in the morning and something will be done. This is a family place to eat and foul language was used, they seen my daughter struggling to cut a pizza and he just looks down his nose at her. That isn’t going to fly, and also a guy walks into the women’s bathroom doesn’t even knock or call out to change the trash while my child...
