Tater's Place — Restaurant in Paris

This was our first visit, and we found the decor to be unique. I guess I'd call it an upscale service station. You go in, and from the inside, you see all the large garage doors. It's like standing inside a place that installs tires or does oil changes only nicer. They have an outside screened in area as well. We had heard their food is pretty good, but we wouldn't know. Let me explain. We were seated, and the server asked what we would like to drink. My wife ask for a sprite . The server said they only had Pepsi products, but they didn't have Sierra Mist or anything like that. My wife asked for water. I asked for Diet Pepsi. We ordered our meals as well. The sever came back, bringing only the water. She told me they didn't have Diet Pepsi. So I asked for a regular Pepsi. After several minutes, she brought my Pepsi. Then we waited and waited and waited. After 45 minutes and seeing two other tables who came in after us get their meals, we got up and told the server to forget it we were leaving, and we did. Now you might think they were busy, but they weren't, or they were short-handed. That wasn't the case. There were at least 4 servers up front. All I can say is I hope you have...

Ordered the smash burger with onion rings and it was really good. The onion rings were the BOMB!! Delicious! I ordered online for take out and it was ready when I got there. I confirmed with the lady who gave me the bag that there was ketchup and mustard in it and she said yes. I opened it up to eat in my car and there were 2 mustards and no ketchup and it didn’t have lettuce on it. Checked my order to make sure I didn’t accidentally tag no lettuce and I didn’t. I really didn’t want to go back in and ask for ketchup & lettuce but when I started to eat the burger I decided to go back in. I also gave them a 20% tip when I custom ordered it so that helped make my decision. By the time I got back to my car to eat it, it was cold. So, long story short, check your order before you leave. I will definitely go again and recommend this establishment. If you are into motorcycles this place is right up your alley. This place is amazing and especially for it's location, you would expect something like this in a big city. The food was awesome but the staff is even better. The bar staff, kitchen staff and waitresses are great and amazing at what they do. The atmosphere is another huge plus with the decor and the sound of bikes being started in the shop, just something you are not use to but is so cool. Do not miss out on this place.
