T.J. Kerner's Restaurant — Restaurant in Parker Township

Walked in last night 11/03/22, the place wasn't very busy, and the gentleman bartending didn't even notice me. I sat there for a solid 10-15 minutes while he just chatted with other customers before the woman in the kitchen noticed me while she was making pizza. She came out shortly after and asked me what I wanted to order.

I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger which was mediocre at best. It was decent sized but the patty seemed like a gas station precooked one instead of made to order for $13.50.

The worst part of the experience was them allowing a customer to have their dog in the bar. It kept barking which startled me every time. It was very obnoxious and some people are allergic to dogs.

I still left a tip for the woman because her co-worker seemed to be of zero help and she had her hands full making pizzas. The pizza was fresh made by hand and...

Let me say that Austin was awesome. My wife, son and I were on the road back to Bigfork montana from florida and back. We called to be sure the kitchen was going to be open and got in about 9:30 pm on Sunday night when they close at 10. As a professional Chef showing up 1/2 an hour before close just isn't something you do out of respect for the staff but we had to break our own rules. The pizza was awesome and the establishment is super cool. It was out of our way but well worth it. Would definitely hang out here if we lived...

Wasn't expecting much from a local bar other than a frozen pizza an some deep fried food. But was I deeply surprised how that was not the case. Ordered the Porky pig pizza which was a pleasant surprise crust could tell was not frozen an made fresh along with the toppings. Ordered chicken strips which if weren't hand battered an made fresh would be extremely shocked were close to the best I've ever had. Can't wait to be back to try something new the next time...
