Took my 3 kids here today, meeting up with a few other friends/families, and had the most disappointing experience ever! We placed our order through the kiosk inside the restaurant at 12:30pm sharp, and did not receive our order until after 1:30! No manager came to speak to us, give us a coupon, an apology or anything! We have no idea what happened, but after waiting for 30 minutes and seeing zero food come out of the kitchen, cars backed up in the druve-thru, and people starting to gather at the front of the restaurant waiting for their food, we were finally able to flag down a worker, a young high school age boy, who we told we had been waiting for over a half hour. He asked what we had ordered, and then put our order into his phone and said he would make our order right away for us. Other people’s food started coming out of the kitchen, but it was orders that were placed WELL AFTER our order was placed. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were able to flag down another worker who we told we had been waiting for 45 minutes. Both worked were frazzled and apologetic, and we appreciate their help. Our order finally came out after over an hour, and we had to ask several times!! Again, no manager came out to speak with us, help the situation, apologize, make sure everyone got their orders, etc. I understand that this is a McDonalds and expectations should be low, but waiting over an hour for fast food is just ridiculous! Many families were there with young kids waiting over a half hour up to an hour for the food they ordered. There is no workers at the counter, so it is nearly impossible to speak to someone, unless someone happens to pop out of the back kitchen area. We spotted managers in the back but they were literally hiding. This location still has some major kinks to work out. Maybe wait awhile before visiting this location until they can work out some major...
Read moreI’m pretty sure I’ve just now had the last McDonalds meal I will ever eat. An hour later and I’m still trying not to throw up. Went through drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken meal with large Diet Dr.Pepper. When I drove around to pay, I was then advised I was ordering a large fry also. Fine, I’m hungry and it’s Friday. I got my drink and was advised to pull up to the next window, for my spicy chicken sandwich. You know you’re getting hot, fresh food when that happens. Especially at 2:00 pm when there’s no one else in line. Get my bag, start to drive off and reach my hand into the bag to grab a handful of fries and I’m met with barely warm, wiggly fries. So disappointed. Especially since I paid for the large size. All good, that sandwich is going to be great, and I’m starving. Pull the sandwich out, again, not hot, sauce dripping everywhere. Go to take a bite and I’m instantly overcome with the taste and smell of spicy filet of fish, nastiness. Read moreSo far not impressed with this location (and they've had ample time to get going). Have been there 6 times since it opened and there is always something wrong! They have been out of muffins, the ice cream machine has been broken (what a cliché), and the kiosks have been non-functional. They deliver your food (nice), but then ask if you need anything like ketchup or napkins. Of course we do!! Why would the servers not carry these on them. I saw a server ask 3 separate tables if they need anything, they all said ketchup, and the kid made a special trip to the back EACH TIME to get ketchup! The manager here (Jessica) should be training these kids better on having some common sense! It would save so much time and so many headaches.
Update: Still continue to get cold items and NO NAPKINS at the drive thru! It is not getting any better!
