Taco Bell — Restaurant in Parker

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your location. After being sick for two weeks, all I wanted was something simple and comforting—your two crunchy tacos.

Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing for the following reasons: Missing Change: I did not receive my $6 in change. While I was initially more focused on getting food into my system than the money, this is still an important oversight. Missing Taco Sauce: No taco sauce was included with my order. This significantly affected the flavor and enjoyment of the meal, leaving the tacos bland and unsatisfying. Customer Service: The employee who assisted me seemed distracted and flustered, engaging with others around him but not giving proper attention to me as a customer. It felt like my presence and order were overlooked.

I’m sharing this not to complain, but in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future guests. I’ve always appreciated Taco Bell as a go-to comfort meal, and I’d love to see the focus on customer care return.

Customer service reins supreme at this Taco Bell... EVERYTIME! The food is hot, fresh and wrapped muvh better than some franchise eateries. The big plus about this Taco Bell are the excellent people at the other end of the speaker taking the order, speaking back clearly, then the payment and finally handing over the food. To be specific, i want to give a big shout out to the same male drive-thru window employee I have had for my last three visits named ANDRE B. who has the clarity of voice, well-groomed, a smile that you can almost hear in his voice and definitely THE voice for radio along with a welcoming smile. Michelle Reilly always greats and welcomes you with her warm beautiful smile. She is very tentative never gets the order wrong provides u with an adequate amout of napkins. She makes sure she gives the right kind of hot sauce and plenty of it. She always speaks clearly in the drive through, seems eager to take your order with pleasure. While eating in... the dinning room is always very clean and very tidy and orderly as well as her appearance and as well as the bathroom facilities. And is very enticing when she promotes a new item on the menu having considered what ur frequent customers preferences are. This employee seems devoted and cares about her customers and her performance in the company and sould represent Taco Bell. She should be commended and promoted.
