We have been going there for at least 5 years and today I had the worse service and treatment that I think I have ever had in any restaurant. We showed up today Friday March 19th at about 2pm for lunch we had a party of 8.To make it easier we told them they could spilt us 4 and 4. The waitress took our orders and although she told us our food would probably take 30 minutes to get to us we said fine as long as we had some drinks and appetizers we would be good. She took our lunch order and about 15 minutes later they sat a party of 10 besides us and took their lunch order. About 40 min after we ordered 4 of our party got their food than the party of 10 got their food. But the remaining 4 of us who ordered did not get out food.. I went to talk to the manager to find out how come our food never came. I have never been so disrespected by a manager who should be trained on how to resolve and calm a customer down. This problem could of been easily handled by saying she was sorry and let me check with your waitress and or the cook to see what happen and maybe even offered a 5 or 10% discount on the food. Instead she accussed me of yelling at her (the place was very noisy) and just kept saying what do you want me to do we are slammed and super busy and pretty much threw her cooks and waitresses under the bus than when she said again what do you want me to do I said "check on my food order" she started to make faces at me and said "ok". If she can not handle her staff or customers I suggest she look for another job NOT in management unless she gets more training. She made a very unpleasant experience into a horrible one. A good manager is someone who can diffuse and resolve not someone who makes excuses which no hungry person wants to hear and throws blame to HER staff people she's is...

She went outside and told the anglers that they were fishing illegally in the marina's waters and also that the marina was a "hatchery". She demanded that they leave immediately, The anglers insisted that they were perfectly legal fishing in the marina provided they did not tie up or trespass on the docks. After hearing this exchange I decided to call the Arizona Fish and Game as well as the Lake Havasu Sheriff's department to find out for myself who was in the right. Both agencies indicated that all waters at Lake Havasu are open to public fishing unless official state signs indicate otherwise. They indicated in fact that the anglers were well within their rights to fish from their own boats inside of the marina. I also asked about the hatchery at The Springs and the AZFG indicated that there are no hatcheries at all on Lake Havasu. I am highly disappointed that the The Springs Dining resorted to dishonest to chase anglers away from legal and publicly...
Read moreI am a frequent visitor and can't speak enough about the Springs. Every night all year round they have game day specials, or all you can eat ribs, or all you can eat prime rib. From Friday fish Fry to Taco Tuesday there is not a better water front dinning establishment along the Colorado River corridor. Whether it's steak and lobster night or wings and beer the staff is always friendly and helpful. From the managers, bar tenders, hostesses, and wait staff you are guaranteed to have a fantastic meal with great food, great service, complete variety to suite the entire group, and all at a...
