THE OWNERS SISTER THAT WORKS THERE IS VERY RUDE!!!! The only reason why I say that is because when I asked for the manager's number she said her brother ran the place but she'll give it to me even though won't do any good.

I went here before it was absolutely amazing my husband got the big nachos I got some tacos everything was delicious. I assume the owner is the one I spoke with he was very nice very polite they were out of sopes and so he gave me an extra taco which was awesome.

I had came back today 8/12/25 about 1250pm with a friend ordered the same thing the nachos I ask for no tomatoes, they put them on there so I asked them to remake that. The sister told me that I was wrong and I did not ask for no tomatoes, I'm allergic I absolutely know I did. I had even asked if they had put Pico on the tacos I ordered because I didn't want that either. Then they remade them in a taco box(I ordered them for there) and I'm assuming they were setting back there for a while because as soon as they gave them to me I sir down and started eating....all the chips were soggy. I went back up and asked them about it they said they'd already remade them once because of my mistake and they wasn't doing it again so I asked for refund. She was extremely rude told me that she didn't know what to tell me that's how nachos come. I literally just ate at the same place last week or the week before she was not working like I said I think it was the owner which is absolutely amazing it really does suck that he has employees that treat customers this way.

First time back in since last year. Found out today that they had changed ownership. Thought, okay, hopefully they didn't change anything. We were sadly disappointed!

We called ahead for take out but still had to wait with no one else in line. Thought it was a bit odd that the place looked empty at lunch time. In the past it was normally crowded.

I always order the same burrito, the same way everytime, a special #7 steak, add Pico inside of it. They forgot to add the pico so handed me a cup of Pico. Wrote it up as chicken not steak and I am not sure if I had chicken or steak.

Took the burrito back to work, mouth watering, excited. That excitement faded about as fast as a jet hitting super sonic speed! The taste was off. Hard to add the Pico without unrolling the burrito. I don't think the potatoes were in it either. And that's not even the worst part!

Eating 2/3 down into the burrito, I finally recognized the off putting taste... liquid/nacho cheese! It ruined the burrito, ruined the flavour, overpowering the entire burrito.

My coworker had the same experience and she too realized that it was the nacho liquid cheese. It has absolutely RUINED the entire burrito and the experience! I used to recommend them to everyone. Now, I don't even want to admit I ate there today.

Cheaper ingredients does not solve increasing your bottom line because you will lose your loyal customers! You have lost this one!

Update. We see you replied and thank you for the apologies. As supporters of your business for so many years, we were definitely surprised by the treatment. We were also surprised when the free burrito came with very old stale chips and some very lengthy excuses AND only after we purchased one out of obligation, thank you.

This place used to be such a good place. Used to be. It has gone straight downhill in both quality and service only for them to raise their prices. They change their prices frequently and they’ll mock you if you wanna order in Spanish. The North Kansas City location is equally bullying. Anyone who goes in there and doesn’t speak perfect English. You can’t win with them. They’re just going to be grumpy and jerks either way. Ultimately I usually will take my food with a little bit of abuse, but this just was unacceptable.
