Takeria Super — Restaurant in Pasadena

Third trip here, and each time has been GREAT! Food is fresh and scrumptious, prices are affordable and reasonable. Came for the breakfast specials this morning (sorry, we got right to enjoying the plates..I forgot to take pics....😬) Anyhow, both kids got the $4 pancake plate. They are huge, and again, scrumptious. Plenty of pancake for the little monsters. I had a fajita gordita. Hubby said "You sure you're gonna have enough with one??" And yes, it was a large flavorful gordita, more than enough. Tacos are $2 each before 11 am. Family of 4 eating for under $30.. You are sleeping on the best little taqueria in Pasadena! I enjoyed my time there. It's very spacious and chill. Food was served quickly and delicious. Tortilla the maíz were a great size and the salsa is a delicious kind of spice that I enjoy a lot. Prices were way more fair then what other restaurants are serving these days. 2 whole plates and 4 tacos with a coffee and iced tea for $29.01~ somewhere around there. Good place to just eat a nice breakfast and go to work...

This is by far the best Mexican food in the area. We have tried many others with disappointment but this place is really good tasting food. Tortillas are made fresh and the meat is well cooked & flavorful. My kids, nieces and nephews actually asked to eat here again when they want Mexican food. I will be returning soon....
