Blackbird Espresso — Restaurant in Pasco

First time going to this place with my s/o, in which I don’t tolerate sugar and she is lactose intolerant. Ordered a sugar free blended drink and oat milk blended drink, and after 16 dollars and 15 minutes of waiting for only 2 drinks we left without being able to tell which one was which because she did not label either one. Instead of turning around and going to spend more time to ask we decided to call, in which they did not bother to answer (There was no other customers at the stand before or after we left). The lady was not friendly, and hardly answered our questions we had about the drinks. Only good thing I have of note about this place is that it looks nice. For people with allergies or intolerances, be sure to tell them to label which one is which, because it appears they don’t bother to label...

Met the owner. NOT impressed. When you spend several dollars for coffee at least you should see a pleasant smile. The teens working here seem to be just starting in their work experience. A smile and hello go a long way when you decide to spend your money. All the other drive thru coffee places in the TriCities beat this place hands down for pleasant...

The girl working the window was by herself and there was a line of cars on either side but she had a great attitude and got everything out very quickly! I was impressed, great service. We got a bagel egg and sausage sandwich, an Almond Roca Mocha, and an iced Vanilla Latte. All were great, not too sweet and you could still taste the coffee 😂 overall a sweet...
