Stopped by while traveling to Idaho. Didn’t know what to expect from this tiny coffee house, but HOLY COW!!!! Ordered the original black milk tea with tapioca pearls as I always do when I check out a new boba place, and the pearls were unbelievably soft yet chewy at the same time. The tea itself was refreshing with subtle sweetness. Probably one of the best boba I’ve tried, which is crazy since I’ve lived in Los Angeles and Seattle. Staff was very friendly and respectful. The rest of their menu looked bomb too, will definitely come again if I’m in the area.

The girls were great. They answered all my questions and gave suggestions. My son choose a Slush Lychee with a scoop of mango and lychee popping boba while I decided on a Snow Taro with Oreo cheesecake crema and lychee jelly. I have never had jelly and would definitely recommend it if you like popping boba. The flavor is more intense and they are fun to chew! My son loved his drink but said he'd get the jelly next time. My drink was a bit on the sweet side-mostly because of the crema I think. Next time I would just get the taro with jelly.

We went here, because we liked the one in the mall. The brown sugar bobas seemed more like jelly in consistency. Maybe we will get the tapioca next time. They were out of honeydew which is our absolute favorite. So we got a pineapple/ coconut snow blended. It was good. A strawberry snow blended, wasnt very full of flavor. Big ice chunks still in there. The strawberry / coconut snow blended seemed a little sweeter & a better flavor combo. Do not know if we would drive all the way over here again, we live a ways away.

My family and I were on the hunt for a bubble tea place in Pasco that we could visit when craving those delicious drinks and we came across this shop. We loved the fact that they are open till 8 pm. The location is very easy to access and easy to find. We'll light up and in a very good location. When we arrived no other cars were there and we thought it was perfect so we could check out the menu real quick. However, a car quickly showed up in line behind us and one of the girls quickly went out to the car to get their order and start their drinks. I thought that was so nice instead of coming back to the window to make us feel rushed and let us figure out what we wanted. The gal who helped us was very very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. I felt very welcome and to finish up a great experience the drinks were equally amazing. We have tried about every place in town for bubble teas and this place I have to say has the most options available and they tasted perfect. We ordered 4 different drinks to try them out and all our drinks were nothing less than very delicious. We tipped them they put our number in their system and we left. The experience was something we as a family haven't experienced and renewed our faith in customer service. Thank you again for the yummy drinks and great customer service. We...

My family lives in tri cities and is always getting boba at this place so I’ve gone a handful of times since I live in moses lake and usually it’s decent. Today I waited for my (10) drinks for almost 30 minutes because they where having issues with my card, well a girl jumped in and said I should give them another card because my card was saying invalid but the other girl that actually started our order was continuously trying and she ended up getting it to work, the other girl on the other hand that jumped in was pretty rude I checked my card to make sure I had funds since they were having issues and it showed I got charged twice I tried telling her she requested I hand her my phone to see then said there’s nothing they can do and to call bank… well I got my bobas and once we got home they did not get the whole order right they were missing popping pearls etc , I get things happen but i also know good service and that wasn’t it. $140 later with attitude like that I should honestly get my tip back...

We're always on the look-out for a good boba place. Sadly, our order was incorrect and we had to go back (drive-thru) to get it fixed. My husband order a traditional milk tea and it was JUST MILK. When he went back, the rude girl (with ridiculously long nails) decided it wasn't her fault she made the drink incorrectly. She tried to push it onto my husband that it was his fault. He asked for a refund or to remake his drink correctly. She finally conceded and remade the drink as ordered. It still wasn't correct because he had asked for no sweetness and she apparently added quite a bit of sugar. I noticed that was the same issue with my drink. This was the first...
