Came here today to get quick tasty lunch before picking up a few things at Walmart ... I ordered a kid's sandwich meal for my 4 year old granddaughter, who is standing next to me and ordered a sandwich for me. She made the two and when I went to pay at the register she asked me what I ordered and I told her. She said 'this is a six inch, not a kids' I said 'I ordered a kid's turkey on white' she told the 'manager', who was working the register, I did not order a kids meal, I ordered 2 6 inch sandwiches They lady behind even told them 'I heard her, she ordered a kid's meal'. The manager again asked the employee 'What did she order?' She again replied a six inch on white and a 6 inch on wheat'. They lady behind me again said 'why would she lie?'... I said 'I just want a kids meal turkey on white. I don't care what you do with that sandwich, but I want a kids Turkey on white.. By this time both sandwiches are already wrapped up of course. She took one of the sandwiches and cut it to the kid's sandwich specifications and discards what she cut off somewhere under the counter. No problem right? We get to the table to eat and I discover that she has cut the wrong sandwich... she cut mine. I took them both back up there to get it corrected. She cut my granddaughter's ... I handed her mine to remake and she pulled out the portion she cut off of it previously (from the trash can I am assuming) and put it in the wrapper and handed it back to me. I said 'you're going to need make me a new sandwich. I don't know where that came from and I'm not eating it'. All this in front of 'the manager'. The girl looked at manager and she said 'I'm just going to give you your money back since your not going to be happy' I looked at her and said 'Would you eat it? Would you??' No reply... While at the register, getting the refund for my sandwich I asked again.. 'Would you eat it? I don't know where that piece came from. Who is the manager?' That's when she revealed she was. I couldn't help but laugh. I got no receipt, no phone number to call to talk to someone above her. NOTHING EXCEPT ATTITUDE. She uttered one patronizing 'sorry' to which I replied 'No, I don't think you are'. It has taken me several hours to write this because I was so upset. I didn't want to spew spit and vinegar in my anger, I just wanted to write a review. I will never ever darken their doors again! A Walmart employee told me this 'manger's' name is Sue. I am cross...
Read moreFlies kept landing on my food while the employee kept running to the back. Then they wanted to make a big deal out of me telling the guy making my food, "i think you forgot your mask." All he had to say was, "oh we aren't required to wear one." And the situation would have been over. I guess the Subway I normally go to cares more about the customers. Not only does the other subway's employees wear a mask when dealing w/ the food, They're always polite. It's your right to not wear a mask, it's mine to walk out. The guy was spitting every time he talked, but i didn't want to be rude. Sweet guy, so i'm sorry u were caught in the middle of the situation. Which, i will add that he had no problem going & putting the mask on, it was apparently the manager that took issue. Read moreIf I could have given zero stars I would have. How is it that you can charge a person for something and then when they don’t have it they refuse to give you your money back? My husband paid for an iced tea and then went over to the machine and there wasn’t any there. When he told them they told him They were sorry but there was no T and they could not issue him a refund. They offered him another drink but he refused because he wanted the tea. After speaking with the manager who would not give me her last name, I was told that they did not have the code to issue the refund and again offered him something else to drink again he refused. Pure insanity and lack of respect for the customer. Very rude employees and manager named Zoe. When I asked for her last name, she said “I don’t have to give that to you”.
