I DROVE PASS THIS PLACE MANY OF TIMES & NEVER WENT IN ALTHOUGH I HEARD GREAT THINGS ABOUT THE MANAGER JOHN & HIS LOVE FOR THE COMMUNITY & EMPLOYMENT TO OUR YOUTH PARTICULARLY. NEVER THE LESS I STOPPED IN & NOTICED IMMEDIATELY HOW CLEAN IT WAS!+++ NEXT , A SWEET YOUNG LADY HELPED ME AND LAUGHED AT MY CORNY JOKES(lol) ++++😁SHE GUIDED ME THREW THE MENU EFFORTLESSLY & ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WT/OUT AN ATTITUDE LIKE YOU RECEIVE VERY OFTEN NOWADAYS! & ITS TRULY SAD TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON BAD SERVICE! Hi, this may seem a bit unorthodox as far as reviews go which I hope will be understood by the end of this review. I will start by saying I'm a self-claimed foodie and enjoy patronizing local establishments, especially ones I've never been to. Such is the case with Wings Etc. I chose the Pataskala location this afternoon concerned it would be way too busy at the Grandview location with the OSU game today. Anyway, I'll make it short and sweet. The service and food were both equally lousy. I didn't ask for the food to be remade or accept a gift card from the manager. I did accept the heartfelt apology from the manager who was in tears as they did so. I was very touched and I didn't mean in anyway in hindsight to make the choices above to cause this display of emotion. It showed that this manager did care. I'll chalk up this experience to timing. Sometimes based on timing an experience may result as being either positive or negative. I'm going to let some time pass and come back for another meal eventually. The whole experience was terrible and racist. First, we went to the bar to get some shots of tequila.. The bartender was being rude and didn’t even want to serve us. She lied about not having any type of patron . we had to tell her there were some...we saw it. she was mad about opening a new bottle. This when it gets terrible.. now they do not have Apple Pay in my sister needed to pay her bill so she asked if can send you some money so can I use your cash app card so she can pay. She leaves a tip on a table like $25. so she doesn’t have to tip on my card. why did next day I had a overdraft fee of $12.86 for an extra tip. why did the server wrote down a extra tip on the receipt when we left. I tried to talk to the owner she didn’t care, so I had to go to this big thing to get my money back.

I would not eat here or support them.. they have servers that were stealing from there customers. They got bartenders don’t wouldn’t serve drinks. The whole experience was terrible and it felt they didn’t want us to be there because our skin color. It's 2024 get...
