I have eaten at Mill's many times over 9 years always great service and food. I hadn't been in town for a couple months so looked forward to a nice breakfast. I was waited on when I sat down and then it all fell apart.. New young waitresses and 2 men cooking that were new. It took 45 minutes and still no food or communication from waitress. I finally asked about food, she went to check and came back with it. It was busy but no excuse when wheel was full of orders and cooks working 1 tag at a time instead of 3 or 4. Some customers left from waiting so long a d had to go which was a obout what I was thinking of doing. I've waitresses a d cooked in our family restaurant in Lake county and never had a customer leave like that. Waitress said some people didnt wait Cruz they couldn't wait like it was common. I doubt if I'll go back again. No excuse at all for this. I asked her if this was new management or owners a d was really surprised when she said no. I waited all that time for a simple cheese omelet, hashbrowns and a glass of milk. The omelet was not that great, barely warm same with potatoes and rye toast. As bad as Denny's is I will probably go there from now on...
Read moreI grew up in Patterson & this was always a hot spot. The food is still good, that hasn't changed and I hate to say anything negative but I gotta be honest. This is a very very old building & idk their financial situation but I hope that one day they can atleast make minor changes to up keep it. The tables are the same ones from when I was a kid in the 90s. They are falling apart. Change is hard and there was even a part of me that thought it was cool to sit at a table that i used to sit at as a child however It's time for some improvements. I like to old school style & it's fine to have it but atleast fix what needs to be fixed. The looks is what makes the eating environment unpleasant. Service is always fantastic, prices are great but if they can fix the minor things it would make it a...
Read moreMil's is a unpretentious Patterson,Ca. Family oriented full service restaurant in downtown area. It has ample seating, clean, and pleasing decor. Prices won't break the Bank ( We had six in our group and paid under $130.00). I ordered pork chops with breakfast items and others mostly Burgers. No complaints, except chops were bit overcooked. We had a wall table and was able to enjoy the entourage undisturbed. An added compliment is the bar area for those so inclined. Its a pleasent family establishment, centrally located. I only gave 4* because of overcooked pork chops. I would go back. Check it out if your looking for full service, quiet dining with a large variety of food choices. Waitresses did not stumble on delivering all that was ordered and...
