I would not recommend. The styrofoam cups in the images was the first clue. My friend got a waffle cone, which claims to be homemade but someone must live in the factory because “home” must mean made by the company that makes all generic cones. The portion however was reasonable. Then I tried to get a banana split, they were out of banana, not a problem I will take hot fudge with three scoops. They ended up giving me three scoops that together were the size of a single one of my friends scoops. Then when I asked for a pup cup they were out of the puppy icecream so I got a cup of whip cream and they charged me $2 for it. Have stopped here many a times for ice cream with my son, but yesterday afternoon was a big let down. Walked in and grabbed 2 tubs of ice cream from freezer to take home and got in line. There was 1 girl behind the counter scoopung ice cream for a lady and another kid doing something. Other lady in front of me said she was all set. Afyer 5 minutes if standing there a guy walks in with 10+kids. When boy behind counter saw he disappeared. Poor girl scooping ice cream kept helping the 2 ladies that were already there when I walked. After 10+ minutes of standing there holding the tubs of ice cream, I put them back and left. Very slow, poor service this Sunday...

I have been to this location 5 times over the past 6 months. 3 of those 5 visits they have been closed. The schedule is on the website, and the flag is hanging outside. I don't arrive just as they are supposed to be open but wait awhile, and still nothing. I like Richardson's frozen yogurt or I would have gone somewhere else.
