Queen's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Pearisburg

Just arrived home from one of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had. Walked in to this Queens and set down. With only 4 people actually eating, it took one of the four little girls working there 10 minutes to take our order, because her and her little girlfriends were standing behind the counter giggling and cutting up. I ordered a small salad with a small Stromboli and a drink, my husband ordered a small salad with a steak and cheese sub and a drink. It took them 15 minutes to get our salads and drinks to us, another 25 minutes for the Stromboli which I guessed it was sitting in the back until the girls stopped giggling, because it wasn't very warm at all. An additional 10 minutes for the sub that looked like they just threw it together, When the sub arrived it wasn't given to us by our waitress, it was from another little girl who practically threw it on the table without saying anything. It took 55 minutes from the time we walked in the door until we got all of our order. During this time my husband and I asked about our food twice with the response "It will be a few more minutes" NOT 25% of the food was ate. While paying for my order which was almost 30 dollars, (NOT WORTH IT AT ALL) the cashier was very rude and threw my change on the counter. and I observed 2 of the 6 men in the back fixing food without gloves on. Food scattered on the floor and they were walking all over it. Just right down NASTY!! Very rude little girls at this establishment and the place wasn't all that clean. I have made phone calls to friends and family and we have all agreed THIS ESTABLISHMENT WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN.!!BEWARE PEOPLE,NOT A GOOD PLACE!!!!!THE ONLY REASON IT GOTONE STAR IS BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT LET ME POST THIS REVIEW...

Waitresses: Rude and vanish after you give them your order. Once you get your order, you don't get a refill nor does anyone ever check on you. You never get your bill either. So if you are first time visitor, don't wait or you'll wait all day.

Temperature: Really cold. It's worse than iHOP. I always freeze when I get in there and it's really loud in there so don't go there if you have a headache.

Food: It's okay. If you want subs, go to Papas instead. Mine was cold although I ordered it hot. They never give you ketchup or ranch with your fries like other restaurants do. I've been in there 3 times and had to ask for ketchup and they act like it's so hard to go back and get it when I should have got it in the first place. The lasagne is pretty good. The pizza is something I could have made at home. Pizza Hut is the one you want to go to if you want a great pizza. More expensive but they are nicer there than here. The burgers are pretty good but they seem to forget them on the grill and they almost always arrive burnt.

Point being, I only go here if I'm tired of everywhere else. It's not my "favorite" restaurant by any stretch of the imagination. It's sub par Italian food. If you want good Italian food, save yourself the hassle and go to Olive Garden or one of the mom and pops...

We ordered $80 worth of food at 7:30 pm on a Friday. So I understand that it takes a little longer for Friday night takeout but this was pathetic. The young lady when she took the order said it may take up to an hour in which we said was fine. At 9 pm I called queens and the same young lady answered the phone and said oh my gosh I’m so sorry, the driver left 10 min ago and your the second stop but if it’s not there in 10 min. call back. 10 min. go by and no food. I call back and another young lady answers and said we’ve been telling people an hour and a half. I said well when placed the order we were told an hour. The lady hands the phone off to a guy who after 5 min of checking on my order comes back to tell me the driver will be there in 10 min. So two hours later after being told one hour and we have cold food. Then on top of that then the delivery driver just chills out in my driveway for...
