Route No. 73 Brew & Chew — Restaurant in Pearl City

First time here, and we drove almost 70 miles to get here. We heard great things about the food. When we arrived it was 3:45pm. There were only 4 people inside and we got seated fast. I ordered the PCFD burger. I seen a picture posted about it having ghost pepper sauce which i was REALLY looking forward to. I was told they didnt have the Ghost Pepper sauce unfortunately, but i brought my buddies BLAZZIN seasoning with to spice it up. The burger was fantastic. My wife ordered the Pretzel City Cheese bruger. She enjoyed it. We got an order of the Sweet Potato Tots. I liked them as did my wife. My father in law ordered the Tenderloin with hand cut fries. He loved the tenderloin and said and i quote....."IT'S DAMN GOOD" Now my only complaint was how long it took to get our food. If it had been swamped, i could have completely understood. From the time we ordered until the food arrived was over 40 minutes. I will definitely eat there again and hope our experience with quicker...

Our whole group was completely blown away by how fantastic the food was here! The exterior of the bar is kind of unassuming but the food is top notch! All of the ingredients stand out as being fresh and much of it is locally sourced. Not only were the ingredients great but the plating was beautiful. I'm really not used to seeing that quality of plating. The menu options were really creative and unique too. I had the peanutbutter and jelly burger. I know I've seen those places before but this one was way better. Even the normally humble onion rings were top notch here. They had a light airy batter that was similar to tempura batter on them which kept them from being too dense and heavy. To finish it off we all split a deep fried peanutbutter and jelly sandwich with vanilla ice cream. That thing was life changing lol. You would think this quality would come with a steep price but it was quite average pricing really. Definitely grab a bite...

Went there with my wife the evening of July 3rd for dinner and arrived at 6:50. Was sat within 5 min but wasn’t offered anything to drink for another 25 minutes. 40 minutes in we received water and were offered the chance to order. Waited another 40 minutes for two burgers. While waiting I went to the soda fountain to refill my water since our waitress didn’t ask us for the first hour and was aggressively scolded for even attempting to do it myself by the dark haired waitress that seemed super stressed and irritated with everyone. Everyone there was waiting forever for their food and multiple tables complained to one of the two waitresses multiple times. Seems like there was a major staffing issue that night but a really dissapointing experience from a service standpoint. Not even an apology for the waits from...
