Outstanding Service and Leadership from Manager Emily at Fatburger I had the pleasure of visiting Fatburger recently, and what truly stood out—beyond the great food—was the exceptional service and leadership provided by the manager, Emily. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Emily runs a tight, efficient, and friendly operation. She greeted customers with genuine warmth, kept the energy high during a busy rush, and consistently checked in with her team to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was impressive to see how she balanced professionalism with kindness, making both guests and staff feel respected and appreciated. What really set Emily apart was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond. When a small issue came up with an order, she handled it quickly, politely, and without any fuss—turning what could have been a problem into a great example of customer care. Fatburger is lucky to have a manager like Emily. Her leadership, positivity, and commitment to excellent service truly elevate the experience. Worst burger joint I've ever been to. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, plain, nothing else on it. They said I get free fries and drink with it, okay. Whatever. I pay for it, and then they asked for a tip. Boy this is where I messed up. Gave him a little bit of a tip. And then he proceeded to tell me it's going to be at least 15 minutes. I was probably there more like 20-25 minutes. Then I get back on my truck, get out on the road, the fries are cold, and they they proceeded to put everything on my burner. EVERYTHING. I ASKED FOR A PLAIN BACON CHEESEBURGER. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. But then again, it's ran by a bunch of foreigners. They don't care. All they're in it for is the money. I had never heard of Fatburger until this one opened up. I decided to give it a try one evening, and wanted to order a XXL meal. They were out of large patties (I understood because they had been busy!), so I ordered a double Original instead. When I received my order, it was a single and not a double. I went back inside to see if I could get my second patty, and THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! They remade my entire order fresh! Burger and fries hot and ready to go!
