I hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately my experience with this establishment was poor. My bf and I ordered from here twice, first time was bad, second time worse.
The first time we ordered a supreme pizza and wings. The pizza tastes fine but it looked like it was made by a 4 year old, it wasn't a square and not quite a circle I'm not sure what happened to that thing but whatever we ate it and who cares about appearance. The wings though, disgusting greasy and weird. Perhaps the whole meal was just an afterthought or it was a bad day for the cook.
Now my second time ordering went poorly as well. We ordered a week ago late on a Sunday. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, how can you screw that up? Well you can. We waited an hour and a large plain cheese pizza arrived and it was over 16 dollars HA. Unbelievably overpriced and incorrect, but no big deal I just called back and let them know. A man got on the phone and accepted responsiblity for the mistake and offered to deliver the correct pizza, but it's just me and the boy we can't eat two pizzas so I asked for compensation. The man told me to just call back and he would take care of me, he always takes care of his customers. That seemed nice and fine. Btw the plain cheese pizza was arguably the worst pizza I've ever had and made me sick. I told my bf he could use the 'comp' at his convenience Bc I was over them.
Well, he called back today to order a pepperoni pizza and they offered him the pizza for ten dollars, what? I was already charged for the pizza and didn't get the correct thing. I'm sorry but compensation and taking care of a customer is a free pizza, a very expensive free pizza. Bad customer service.

Was told order would be ready in 25 minutes, waited over an hour so I called back and was told sorry it was put in pick up status.Decided to go pick it up.
