Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pembroke

I have always received excellent service and food except yesterday. I ordered on app and drive to pick up. I was told since I ordered on app and selected pick up I would have to come inside. I thanked the employee and said ok. I went inside the same employee was at counter. I asked her that on app you only have two options pickup and delivery. She pointed to another employee and said you will have to ask her and walked off. I spoke to the other employee and she explained that app only has those options and District Manager has stated that customers will have to come inside to pizza portal. I stated the window is right next to where you box and cut pizza can't you hand it to me. She stated no because I used app and not the window I would have to come inside. THIS MAKES NO SENSE LITTLE CAESARS UPDATE YOUR APP!

I didn't care for the way the employee dismissed me when I was asking for assistance.

Decent food, but nobody is washing hands properly. One occasion the guy took my money his fingernails were dirty and could tell he had dye from sauce on them. Went inside to return a pizza the other day. No gloves being worn, the lady took money and went straight to fixing on pizzas. Cross contamination all over the place. Even seen the guy with glasses had some gloves on at the window taking money and making pizzas with them. They need a course in food safety especially with covid. Hands need to be clean handling food. And when you come in from outside smoking or whatever the first place you should go is to the sink to was your hands not the window to take money or to...

Pizza so good I was almost robbed for it while waiting in the drive thru!

Edit: I don't know what has happened here but there seems to be a severe shortage of employees. Maybe because people are nearly robbed in the drive thru? Anyways, the last few times I have went, only one person was working and wait times were long. Nothing had been prepared and I saw the worker throw out multiple pies which did not have burnt crust but I guess the toppings were overcooked. It does no good to order ahead online. The email saying the order is waiting is wrong and it's more likely that the order hasn't even started baking yet. This location needs help! A year ago they...
