Genuine Pub on Tuesdays: A Must-Visit for Jazz Lovers and Social Butterflies

I was first introduced to the Genuine Pub in mid-2023 by a family member who visits every Tuesday. The pub hosts live jazz music played by the Genuine Soul Band, featuring Howie on keyboard, John on bass guitar, Dennis on drums, and Kelly on percussion. While I prefer the nights when a guest vocalist or musician joins the band, adding a unique flair to the music, the regular lineup sometimes feels more like noise than harmonious jazz.

However, for a Tuesday social hour, the atmosphere is unbeatable. The crowd is mature and sophisticated, creating a welcoming and professional environment. As a male, I've found the ladies to be very beautiful and friendly, making for great conversation and connections.

Parking can be a hit or miss, so I recommend getting there early to secure a spot in the lot. Otherwise, you may end up parking along the road. Also, if you're opting for a salad, ask the chef to go easy on the lettuce to make your meal more enjoyable.

Overall, I highly recommend checking out the Genuine Pub on Tuesday nights. While I haven't explored other events during the week, I've heard there's plenty going on. It's definitely...

I found it very impressive that the owner takes a very hands on approach in ensuring every one in attendance is enjoying themselves and having a good time in whatever capacity they are attending.

A lot of business owners put things on co-pilot and let the ship go in whatever direction it's going to go..... however the owner of Genuine Pub is clearly in the driver's seat and at the helm!

This place is overrated and the cooking staff is rude. When we first walked in, we looked at the menu and my girlfriend ask about some food on the menu and the cook was rude, said she cook everything so she don’t know what she should recommend. Then our chicken was not good at all we specifically asked for our chicken well done and it was the opposite, wet and slimy. I then still tipped the cook then asked for a to go box they charged me a dollar for a styrofoam container, then tried to charge me 2 dollars for a small can of soda. I will never...
