McBride Station — Restaurant in Penn Township

Whoever the bartender is today at 3pm September 27th 2024. She is rude as hell and has no customer service or sense of being professional and courtesy. and I was warned upon walking in by a man clearly 50 years old who also was carded and said she was obnoxious. Mind you we sat at the bar for two minutes prior as she sat there smoking her cigarette and never acknowledging us. I’m a bartender to pathetic customer service and a bad representation of the business. The 50+ year old man said how she would card me for sure and that she was rude how she treated him with that too. She walks right up to me and my fiancé and it wasn’t a hey how are you how’s your day going or welcome to McBride station but a “……ummmm…. I’m going to need to see your I’d’s. Like what a way to great ya on our first trip in. I will for sure never stop back here! Awful and embarrassing. We’re in our late 30s as well we walked right out don’t feel welcome. I get the laws but service wise trash and an awful first experience and last on. I won’t be recommending this...

My wife and I went here yesterday for dinner and drinks! First off the bartender was very pleasant! The bar was decorated nice for Christmas my wife got a chuckle over the snowman blowup and reindeer but anyways the bartender had a pretty good bar when we came in she went back to the tables took our order and joked around a bit with us! The burgers were the best I've ever had and the bartender made sure she kept coming to check on us even with a pretty full bar we will definitely be back i wish I could give this place 10 stars! I want also add the back looks amazing since it's been redone! Very clean and good atmosphere thank you to the bartender Jeanette she made us feel...

This place is great, it's a dive bar in most aspects but it's actually clean and has lots of things like pool and PA slots if you're bored. The regulars take over the jukebox every night and play old head metal, but if you're okay with hearing pantera/slayer a whole lot you'll have no problems with this bar. The only, ONLY complaint is that their drinks and food are a little overpriced, especially shots, but it's not like they're totally unreasonable.
