We had Ski's & Nick's cater a luncheon for us for 290 people. We opted to go with the roast beef sandwiches and potato salad. We were not disappointed. The beef was super tender and flavorful, the buns were super fresh, and the potato salad was also spectacular. We had plenty of food for all of the participants and they had nothing but good things to say about the food! The service they provided was top notch. Stacia was super easy to communicate with and was very prompt on replies with any questions I had for her in regards to sizes/quantities/recommendations. This place use to be one of my local favorites. Since the new owners have taken over, food quality has decreased. I can easily tell that they are cutting corners and ordering lower quality food and food products.
