Let me first start off by saying I LOVE the wings from this place. This order I was deeply disappointed. I had opened my wings to find out that they were overcooked nearly burnt completely. I called the establishment and told the person over the phone what had happened. She was very nice however, It seemed like she thought that I was over exaggerating. She told me that that's how the wings are supposed to look. If you see my GrubHub history you'll know that I order wings from here all the time. These are not how they were supposed to look. As I tasted them they were as I thought, overcooked and burnt. She offered to replace them which was nice, but told me that it would be a long while until I got my replacements. I would have been fine with an apology and no replacements but as I said before, It felt like I was being told that I was over exaggerating. I'll post a picture, The public can decide. I wouldn't let this review stop you from going here but I was kind of disappointed on how the situation was handled. I gave an extra star for this review because I heard the owner drove me the wings and he was super cool. Wanted to make sure I got the food and not my neighbor. Edit: I got wings again two weeks later and they were back to being delicious!! I recommend!!

Absolutely the most disgusting (and expensive!) experience I've had locally, DO NOT order from here. I ordered a cheese sub with veggies, and a small white pizza through Doordash for delivery. With no options to customize the pizza, I free texted to add tomatoes and broccoli. After the order was placed, I received a notification the cost of order was increased by $6.10 for said toppings. Yes, you read that right. The attached image was a $20.50 SMALL PIZZA. Those measly vegetables cost me $6.10. I requested the order to be canceled, which was denied. Moving past how absurdly costly and shady this was, it had absolutely no flavor. It tasted like they hadn't cleaned their equipment, as if it had burnt residue from years of use and has not once been cleaned. I did not consume this pizza. Then let's move onto the sub. One bite, and I spit it back out. And I am not a picky eater. It held that burnt residue flavor while somehow also tasting like flowery cleaning solvents. Both items went directly into the trash. Don't order from here. Don't do it. I wanted to give them a chance; expensive lesson learned.

Placed an order with an italian sausage and peppers sub for take out. After arriving home and opening the order, there is no sub...only a styrofoam container with a handful of sausage slop with no bread. After calling and being told by the girl at the counter "uh that is really odd because I have to actually select sub and then the sausages", I am put on hold while she gets a pen to take my phone number for the manager to call. Another girl then picks up, asks "what I want" then tells me that there is a 'new menu' that has an sausage appetizer and that's what it was. (Completely contradicting what the other girl said). Regardless, this was not the sub that was listed on the receipt and order. The stellar customer service solution? To sigh and tell me that I can drive back with the container of slop and she can put it on a bun for me. Tip:I believe the Rutter's up the street can make pizza, sell beer, and at least there you can also get fuel.

Typically our experience with Als is pretty pleasant, that is, when we can order online. Today, however, we had to order via phone because their website is down as far as ordering goes which, ok that sort of thing happens no big. But, when we called the girl was new she had NO CLUE what she was doing, she hung up on us at least twice, lost our order had to redo it and that was just the tip of the iceberg.

Then, when we actually get our food half of it is wrong, little things missing here and there but also they were missing one main food item a cheeseburger sub. So, we called to let them know they said the driver supposedly had it with him and would bring it right to us. Ok, twenty-five minutes later, we call again asking; 'Where's the food? Are we going to get it sometime today?' By the way a new person seems to answer every time, the person then proceeds to tell us that the delivery driver came back and picked up the sub which was 'supposedly' in his car by their words and was on his way to bring it back. So, another ten to fifteen minutes later the guy shows up, he's a good sport about it and apologetic but we did let him know what his colleagues told us and he proceeds to tell us that he did NOT have the sub the entire time but they did.

Well, let's set aside the fact they lied to us for whatever their reason was for a minute to finish this little review. Basically, we finally get the sub a half hour later or so and not only is it COLD but also is literally a patty with some cheese and lettuce...Now I might be wrong but their menu does say it comes with TOMATO does it not ? And possibly mayo? Well, the other parts of it were ham and onion which we specifically asked not to be added on which thankfully they didn't.

MORAL OF THE STORY; We won't be ordering here again. Use caution when...

Our visit was on 2/6/25 between 6:30 and 7:30pm and let me say before this review that our waitress was very kind and attentive the entire time and she was left a 20% tip. Also the singer was great. HOWEVER, the “manager” on duty was atrocious. There were 6 of us, who all enjoyed our food however my mother ordered the Al’s cheesesteak and it was not good, at all. We are not the type of people to eat half or all the food then complain that it’s terrible she took ONE BITE and called the server over to let her know it was not good and she did not want it. The server then took the whole sub away. The server came back out stating “my manager told me to tell you we don’t take food off the bill” as someone who has been in the customer service industry for many years I have never heard of a customer being forced to pay for something they didn’t like let alone did not eat. I have also never heard of a manager sending out a server to speak on their behalf. We requested to speak with the manager. We then heard her yelling at the server in the kitchen and she comes out slapping her hands yelling in the restaurant about us. “YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHO THEY ARE, IM NOT TAKINT ANYTHING OFF” mind you we were 1 of the 2 tables in the place at this time. Then she said I’m not taking this off I’m not allowed I’ll give you $5 off (off an almost $20 sub we took one bite of) I said uhh can we speak to the owner then: she then goes back in the kitchen and makes the poor server come out again to tell us “ my manager said you need to come back in when the owner is here if you want your money back” I then told the sever she should probably find a new job because I would NEVER work somewhere that upper management treats me like that. Moral of the story the sub and management were horrible and we...

Put in order for two subs and cheese fries at 7:30 last evening the person on the phone said 20 to 25 min, I showed up at 8:04 and encountered the owner who was guarding a parking space waiting for an employee for a beer delivery who told me to call inside and they would bring my order out, and I should just double park and wait because a band was playing and no one was leaving. He then called inside and told them to bring my order out and found that my order was not ready he told me they would bring it out as soon as it was done, I waited till 8:35 then called inside to inquire on my order, they said they would check 10 min later a young girl came out and said that my order never got to the kitchen and if I would wait even longer they could "whip it up for me", I explained that I often order from BBB and have had cheese fries with no cheese several times when I got home, cardboard in my steak sandwich, and I have talked to the owner on several occasions and he had offered free cheese fries, towhich I was appreciative but never took him up on because I was more interested in improvement of service. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN, and will discourage any any all of my friends and others to avoid the hassle. I almost missed getting to Wendy's on time too get my order in and get two sandwiches two fries and a small chili in about 4 minutes. Lesson, just go to Wendy's nent time more variety less money, less time and I actually get my food....
