Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsylvania

I go here on a regular because the other Dunkin claim that they don't have Dunkin midnight . Once again ,now the 3 Rd time that I went there yesterday I got scolded with hot coffee. This has happened 2 other times to where the lid wasn't properly put on and the coffee was scolding got. I literally lost control of my vehichle from being burnt on my lap,chest and arm. I've called and spoke to someone and all I get is offered free donuts !!!!. This last episode was early am 7/1/22 the girl handed my bag to me then my coffee as soon as I went to put if in my cup holder it went all over my right side of my leg and hand. I was in pain and she offered me napkins and said sorry but I was beyond frustrated I pulled up to try the burning to slow down then just said I didn't want coffee no more. It's not a specific worker it's literally something with how the lids are fitting on the cups. I'm looking into a class action due to several people having the same issues getting burnt from these...

Don't mobile order they will just throw random half frozen food and crushed donuts you didn't even order into a bag and whatever random coffee concoction in a cup and call it your order. Not a single thing matched the receipt even the drink wirh exactly whats supposed to be in the drink and they still wont do it right. Smashed donuts very purposely smashed no way the bags are perfect and the donuts are crushed. Whoever is working morning shift on a Saturday doesn't want to be employed they aren't even trying even a little. Management doesn't answer phones even if you call 20+ times. Probably supports the lazy staff behavior if not leading the behavior. This location has so many consistent reviews similar to my experience. Ownership needs to clean house on staff before they completely...

We were on our way home around 1 o'clock in the morning when I remembered that they had built a Dunkin next to Sheetz. My wife Googled to see if it was open and sure enough the reply was ; Open 24 Hrs. So I kept going in that direction and there it was with all the lights on. But only one car in the parking lot. Then I remembered only the drive-thru was open. We ordered two and went home. Made two hot drinks and bite into our two choices. I got a maple frosted donut my wife a muffin. My donut had the consistency of a day old. The donut was dry and the frosting was on the dry side as well. My wife's muffin was better but my donut must have been made early...
