OVER CHARGING AND SHORT CHANGING over and over again!!! I use to like going there mainly for the burgers. Up until a couple of years ago they were very tasty; now, not so much. It seems as the prices have gone up, the quality of the food and the service has gone down. What should have taken 15 minutes, took 55 minutes to get two burgers and fries. With only one order of two burgers and a hotdog before mine, 55 minutes sure seems a bit long. Even so, if it was just for that reason I would have given them two or maybe three stars, but their shady business practices gets them ONE star.

The last few times I've been there (over a two year period & with different employees) I ordered my usual Hiboy meal (burger & fries), only to find they added two more fries to my order, which I was charged extra for. If you think about it, fries are a high profit item (the net cost is very low to make fries), and since there are already fries in the bag, there are a lot of people who don't realize this is happening to them, so it continues. I questioned the girl who waited on me & the look on her face sure seemed like she did it on purpose...not a bit surprised I was back questioning this. On top of everything, she gave me back what the fries cost, but kept the sales tax I had paid on them. I'll add that I know this wasn't an isolated innocent, my dad told me the same thing has happen to him a number of times before.

If this is indeed a regular practice there...SHAME ON YOU! After 40+ years eating there, I won't be going back.

PLACE IS TERRIBLE NOW!! It used to be amazing. The last 3 times we've been there we've had an employee that is pissed they have to work and had a horrible attitude. The coffee stirs are terrible because they NEVER use enough coffee flavor. Every..single..time it just tastes like plain milk. Who puts ketchup on a pizza burger? Supposed to be pizza sauce. Unclean and flies everywhere. I get its open to insects but there are dead flies stuck in the glass touching all the napkins...TAKE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR BUSINESS PLEASE!!!! It honestly just needs torn down and rebuild, you just keep painting over dead flies, grease, and old paint. The fried cauliflower was amazing, now you get like 5 pieces, it's a joke. Has gone straight down hill. PLEASE BRING IT BACK UP HILL, ITS NOT THAT HARD, ITS A SMALL PLACE AND EASY FIX BUT...YEP..YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO ACTUALLY INVEST SOME MONEY AND TIME INTO IT...ITS OK, YOU'LL...

This is the most frustrating experiences I have ever had here. This place was okay at first but now it’s good for failed lab experiments. We came in here “Thursday, August 3rd, 2023” This blonde girl wearing a tie dye shirt and has blue eyes (needs serious talking to) seemed like she had some serious issues with us all because we wanted a size smaller than usual because every other one was pretty big. It’s not that serious and it seemed as if she had some kind of mental illness like a depressive disorder and tried to bring it out on us, like I’m sorry but we don’t care about you, your a complete stranger but go to therapy if anything.
