Hardee’s — Restaurant in Peoria

Went through this morning for breakfast. ordered the omelet biscuit combo. The number 1. asked for it to be a large. Large hash rounds and a large coffee with 5 creamers and 5 sugars. They handed me my coffee at the window and i asked to verify if had cream and sugar and they said they " threw a handful in the bag" ( like what? I pay for coffee and they dont put in the cream or sugar i ordered? Im expected to either A.) pull over and add it but there was also no stirer to stir it even if I did do this options. B.) wait til I get where I am going to add it? but once again there was no stirer to even mix it in. ON TOP OF THIS: I received a small hashround, not the large I had ordered and then my Omelet Buscuit was burnt black around the edges and dark brown all the way through. I am very unhappy that my ENTIRE order was wrong or burnt. I...

Food is average-bad. Wait times are horrendous in both driver thru and inside. Also seemed like they prioritized drive thru to ensure their 'times' weren't high. (All fast food places push for the fastest drive thru times)

It is not a once in a while thing, either. Seems like they do not care about their job or the customers.

1 in about 4 times I will get an employee that seems like they care and will go above and beyond, but it is definitely rare.

Restaurant cleanliness is far from desirable.

I have an egg allergy so I ordered an English muffin with no egg, guess what was on my sammich that I am allergic to. Also the pictures on the board show a spiral icing on the strawberry lemon biscuits. It should look like what the picture on the menu board looks like, or at least an attempt. None was made. With the possible loss of the croissant, and this experience. It might be time to part ways with you. I’ll try for a better experience at a different location, and I hope they care more.
