Soprano's pizzeria — Restaurant in Peoria

If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. We are on vacation in the area….called in to see if this pizza place would deliver to us “yes” was the answer when given our address….we then called back 15 mins later to place our order. Since we are in a VRBO and don’t know the area I spelled the street name for them and confirmed the address twice and gave my phone number. The woman taking our order was lovely….gave us the price and we were super excited because we had seen a TikTok video that said they were good….alas we will never know! 15 min after we placed the order I realized I had forgotten a salad dressing so I called back and then man said our order had already left for our address…..great, that was speedy! But NO…..40 mins later it had been an hour since we placed the order, we hadn’t seen or delivery so I called sweetly to see if it was to arrive soon. That’s when we found out that our address was “too far away” from them!! WHAT? I clarified twice and no call to let us know you weren’t sending the order? GIVE ME A BREAK!!! He says he called but he didn’t, I never set my phone down while I waited and there was no call!! He then argued with me to the point where my husband nearly lost his marbles! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS...

I used to come here at a little kid to spend my allowance on their wings and going in there and always talking to the husband and wife that work there are one of my great childhood memories. I went there every now and again growing up but since I moved back in the area, I have been ordering takeout more often and they are always on point. It’s awesome seeing the husband and wife still there and the fact that they still remembered me! They put so much pride and dedication to Bruno’s and you can honestly tell that they are very passionate about the business and love what they do. This is now my little sisters favorite place to eat and she begs for their wings all the time. She’s 10 and very petite but she will still crush a whole “20 Piece bone in, hot, extra sloppy wings”. It is great to pass the tradition on. This restaurant will be a family favorite for years! Thank you so much to the husband and wife for always being welcoming and serving...

When I called them the guy at the pizza place wasn’t sure if he can take orders over the phone. He went to ask another person for that. I ordered 18” pepperoni pizza with 20 wings but on the app or online was cheese pizza but he told I’ll charge you $3 extra, I told him that is ok. So that order of 18” pepperoni pizza with 20 wings was $37.99. And I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and the price was $15.95. So the total supposed to be $62.60 that included tax, but he charged me $74.95 . I went back to talking to him and he said we just forgot to change the price over the google website. I told him ok. When I went back home I looked at the uber eats and the prices was what I put and he was laying. So just be careful with him when you order the food.
