Weaver Ridge Clubhouse Restaurant — Restaurant in Peoria

Love their waffle fries and shoestring fries. Love how the tables are not crowded together. We had the prime rib special, chicken strips, BBQ burger, tuna steak (very spicy!!), and filet mignon. Called 30 minutes before arriving to make reservations, sat down with no wait time. This restaurant has a much quieter atmosphere than most other restaurants, in our experiences. A lot of cheesecakes on dessert menu... would love to see skillet cookie...

Haven't dined here in a very long time, but Covid hit and other complications in my life prevented me from visiting until now. I must admit that my most influencing factor in this review is that I had the pleasure of being able to dine with a lady that I admire greatly. We both enjoyed our meal and service. I can't think of a time I would review differently. Now if I could only persuade her to dine with me at least once more. God...
