Went back and recieve excellent service and great drinks! Will be back for sure! Will update rating after stopping in again due to the fast and receptive response. I understand being busy and am glad the company works to keep customers happy! Been looking forward to stopping here since before it opened. Today could have been the day, however it wasn't. I used the restroom, very clean, then proceeded to the walk up window. I looked at the menu, rang the door bell and waited. 2 cars went thru the drive thru, still waiting. Third car pulls up at drive thru window, employee inside looks right at me and turns away. I understand if they are trying to get drive thru done however, acknowledging me in any way would have had me stay and wait longer. I left without my drink I was looking forward to. We were heading from Milwaukee to Ames iowa and saw this coffee shop, and anytime I see a small town coffee shop I try to stop to support small town America! I tell you what this place ranks in my top 5 for coffee specialty drinks! I got the pumpkin roll and it was AMAZING! The lunch burrito was tasty as well, I wish it would have had a bit more chicken and would have been offered some picante sauce to go with it…but again this burrito was better than a Taco Bell to me 100%. Ordered an iced Mach One and it was strong and delicious and perfectly not-too-sweet. My group also ordered an iced caramel macchiato and an americano, all were enjoyed. This was our first time; we are from out of the area and were encouraged to try Jumble by more than one person when we asked where to get great coffee. The food sounded amazing and was listed at a fair price but we had unfortunately already eaten. To top it off the friendly customer service makes this a place I’d make it to every time...
