If you are looking for a venue or event center, look no further. The Lakeside venue was incredible to work with. They were accomodating, communative, and a great team. Haley is an awesome wedding coordinator and brings creative fun ideas to the table. She puts in the work and makes the day run smoothly. The food was amazing and had a great deal of options. We also did our grooms dinner on the patio, it was a beautiful view out onto the golfcourse and they offered fantastic food. They are very willing to work with you to make your vision come to life. I could not recommend having your wedding here enough. You will have no regrets! The golf course provides a beautiful place for pictures. The venue area is large and can fit a large number of people. I recently moved up here and out of the times ive been here there’s only one bartender l that even kinda try’s to show she’s happy to be there and it’s not hard to notice in the place if her bright smile and vibrant hair are missing the minute I walk in, and from being someone who sits right infront of the bartenders because I’m at the bar it quite frankly sucks to be mean mugged and starred at while I’m trying to enjoy the little time I’m spending here . It’s a small town but I definitely can guarantee there are still other places with way better customer interaction than what I’m giving while...

Overall a nice golf course but we did have a couple issues. Day one we were told to start on the wrong course so got there at the same tee time as another group. Called front desk and they told us to stay there as it wasn’t super busy after us. Wrong, parties were piling up behind us and made it less enjoyable to play. Also got lost a few times trying to find the next hole due to lack of signage. Gave us vouchers to return though, so we did go back a couple days later. Way-finding could be better in some areas.
