Waffle House — Restaurant in Perry

Went last night to the closest location to us in Perry, GA close to the fair grounds. We have been to this location many many times and it was always the best service but last night was the worse. Placed our orders, several tables where seated as well. People that came in 20 minutes past us got there good before us as did the couple who came in with us at the same time. All three sets of orders were messed up, food cold, or given what wasn't asked for. In my case I didn't receive half of what I ordered food not even warm. I'm ashamed to say I will now walk out if the same people are there the next time and either go back home or go to the next location and check their service out. 300 AG Village Blvd, Perry, GA 31069 is the waffle...

My father & I were supposed to meet up at this establishment & I ended up having to cancel our meal together; my father chose to eat anyway & the staff were so RUDE to him (telling him he couldn’t sit at a booth, he had to sit at the high top -he’s older & can’t always sit in a high top seat!- etc) only to treat their “friends” that came in later (2 apparently who sat by themselves IN BOOTHS, not high tops like my father was told he HAD to do!) & we’re treated like kings while my father’s order got pushed back & then part of it served cold (cause it SAT ON THE COUNTER while the “friends” -that came in later- were served...

We came in as the cook was leaving he cut his finger and warned us it would be a 15 minute wait. The next cook came in as promised. The waitress didn't take our order for 10 minutes. She forgot to order it didn't even notice. She was on her phone too busy then took waffles off the irons bare handed without washing her hands after touching her phone. The other waitress finally got our order in and the cook served it. Destiny never came to our table again. We asked the other waitress for our bill. We tipped Ki and the cook for helping us. Again Destiny too busy on her phone. Two other customers left because they were not...
