Beck's Pizza and Sandwiches — Restaurant in Perryopolis

Ordered a special, picked it up, got home to find missing 2 sides of ranch and my wings were not what I ordered. I asked them to make it right and deliver them to me due to the inconvenience. I was told they were busy and have 6 other deliveries ahead of fixing my order. Ok. I get a call back an hour later, a voicemail, asking if I still want my order corrected and delivered or not, I thought I made that clear when I called and I was ok with waiting so long as I got what I ordered.

I call back and I’m told it will be another hour to fix their mistake because they have too many deliveries. I said that’s fine, she tried talking me out of them replacing my order because they’re so busy, I explained I just wanted my order or if they refuse to replace them to refund my full amount. She asked if I wanted her manager, I told her again, no I just wanted what I ordered. I was told to hold on and I ended up hanging up. Purchased here at least 1-2 times a week, clearly after todays experience repeat customers are not valued and if they mess up your order, tough luck. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank...

Amazing how this place is even still open, no wonder he constantly has a “help sign or is closing on his marquee”. Place an order few weeks back only to show up and get told half our order isn’t available their out of everything. Why no phone call before so we could get something else instead of only showing up to half an order? Called to try to order again and they close at 8 even though Google says they close at 9 and it’s 7:28 and we’re told they’re not taking anymore orders. Traveling back home on a Sunday evening and stopped to get food at a local pizza place. Pizza was delicious, and if I was giving this review solely on the food, I would give 5 stars. However, the service was terrible. We arrived an hour before closing, and the employees did not want to take our order. We received our pizza about 45 minutes before closing and were told that we needed to leave and were unable to eat inside. Instead, we had to eat in our vehicle on a cold winter night.
