Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Perryton

After a bb tournament we decided to head out to take the girls to eat with their team. When we arrived the lady took our order quickly after maybe half an hour we noticed most of the people in our party received their drinks and food we patiently waited my husband asked the young man attending other tables if they could get our drinks we received our food before our drinks maybe a whole hour after our order was placed the lady returned to the table she didn’t ask if we needed anything she pretty much threw our food to the table and ran back to the kitchen and never seen her again our daughter was the only girl in her group who didn’t eat until maybe 10 minutes before walking out of the door I'm sure our order was forgotten and was brought up at the last minute and that’s okay it was a big party it happens but all you have to do is apologize and be nice not be rude like the lady who took care of us , the food was good but I won't be back to that...

Took the family here and as soon as we walked in we were told they didn’t have enough menus, there was 3 other families there so we said ok lets find a seat and at least get our drinks maybe by then they’ll have a menu for us, 30 minutes later our drink order was taken and after another 30 minutes of waiting on drinks and menus we walked out drove to Spearman pizzahut and quickly got service and food.

Decided to come back after 3 yrs to have dinner and ordered wings and pasta. Got the pasta and never received the wings. Also we were 1 of the 2 tables in the whole restaurant so they weren’t busy,after about 35min of waiting for server to come and ask if we needed anything I mentioned the wings and server replied let me go check on it. I decided to cancel order since my other family members were done eating and we left for good worst pizza hut I have ever been too and probably...

Twice this has happened to me.....Called for delivery and told them I needed delivery to Baymont Hotel, just a block or 2 away, I told them the address and room number, they asked for the zip code but i had to look it up so they immediately hung up on me....uh, you don't you know your own towns zip code🤔🤔weird🤨 Attitude is everything, it affects everything a person does and the quality of what they do, one thing I've learned is to not bring a bad attitude to work, it changes what people think of you as an individual and affects your own confidence, yes it's difficult to do but very doable. Food is good here at pizza hut in Perryton TX but they can work on their customer service over the phone. Delivery was awesome both times and I feel they are putting forth good effort to being a better experience to the public, i wish...
