Starbucks — Restaurant in Petaluma

Very RUDE & unaccommodating!!! I went in here a few days ago, “Will” the old guy was taking orders he was horrible. He was very RUDE and mean. I asked for a decaf iced coffee he said they don’t have decaf and acted like I was wrong for asking for it and the way he talked to me made me feel like I was stupid! There also was a girl there (I don’t know her name) but she was the same and said “we don’t serve decaf”. Both of these people need a lot of help on their customer service. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Why pay so much for coffee and sugar? And wasting so much money closing nearly all their stores just because 2 of their customers were being kicked out for not buying anything( probably just using free wi-fi), and refusing to leave, so they (Starbucks) called the police for help. And like so many self-righteous college age ( black) kids, they pull the race card out. Sad. I rarely am in Petaluma, but stopped here for a peppermint Hot Cocoa... I asked for extra whip. I got none and zero sprinkles- not a big deal -just asked for more, but when I did, the girl snickered and then whispered to her friend behind the counter as they simultaneously stared at me and laughed.
