Frost Bites Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Pflugerville

i don’t even do ts but it’s about my money so we gone do it ! I went to Frost-Bites on 06/29/24 around 6:30 when I left my card me not noticing i left my card until I got to my next destination and then that following an email with an email from wells fargo saying I have insufficient funds when I know that’s a damn lie because I had just got paid !! so I retrace my steps and remember I went to frost bites before I even went to another restaurant so I at immediately called the bank to let them know those charges are not from me and informed them my card was stolen!!! The next day I went to Frost-Bites as soon as they opened let them know hey i left my card here and someone is using it to order things! I spoke with a manager then they immediately put me otp with the boss we informed her what happened she then tells me that I need to file a police report to see the cameras. I filed to police report and called this business back the next day to let her know I filed it ! why all of a sudden she can’t get her cameras working weird right ? 😂 so she asked me what’s the last four of the card I used I tell her now you don’t see any transactions after 3pm ??? i’m like okay another red flag 😂 something not adding up I called her again 07/05/24 cameras are down she still hasn’t gotten them working or whatever her excuse is !!! it’s been almost two weeks now I need answers??! it’s either you know who took the card and not wanting to give that person up but I will not let this go or swept this under the rug sorry but charges are being pressed on your business at this point and crazy thing is I go here all the time!! and the crazy thing is it’s almost a month and i still haven’t gotten a call back about the cameras i honestly think she’s covering the person or she...

Just waited over 20 mins and only ordered 2 snow cones. I finally got up to say something and waited another 8 mins to get 1 of the 2 snow cones. Waited another 10 mins then they told me they didn’t have an flavor Frappes made. Ricidoulous if it’s on their menu then they should have it available. This is not the first or second time this has optioned to me. I go to buy the Frappes and they never have the syrup’s or flavors made. They advertise they cold brew but that’s never made either. Don’t get me wrong the frappes and snow cones are really good but if they never have it made and the wait are crazy long what’s the point. All in all I waited 45 mins and only got 1 snow cone. They refunded me and gave me a coupon for a small cone my visit. Not acceptable. I came inside thinking it was going to be faster. Nope! Bottom line they need more ppl working during the afternoon. Been there many times because my family likes it. Drive thru only allows 3 cars at a time because more than that runs you into the road. As the 4th car in the drive thru today, I decided to park and walk in for counter service but was literally yelled at by the douche canoe who was working there around 4pm on 1/31/21, saying they're closed inside. He yelled that I have to go through the drive thru for service. When I indicated that there was no room in the drive thru and that there was no need for his hostility, he yelled again that he was the only one there. 1) If counter service was not available, why was the door open? 2) If your employee cannot handle the stress of working a shift by his/her self, either increase staff or fire them.
