Sunrise Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

All my family , friends and I loved this place so much I usually don’t do this but the man who answers the phone insulted me by hanging up the phone and telling me they didn’t want to deliver. So I called back when I called back the lady answer the phone and placed my order. When my order got hereby it was cold , it wasn’t what I asked. I called back and they said to call the next day for a refund. When I called back I explained the lady started getting loud and told me I can’t go around talking like that to the cook. Like basically crying the cook messed ur order up because of what u said. I told her so he can tell me he not taking my order cause he don’t want to and hang up the phone. Looking at the reviews I’ve seen many with the same complaints about the same guy. Don’t trust this place, I had a feeling that the cook spit on my food and I could not trust that place no more. Me and my family will no longer buy anything from them. Is a shame because people like that should not have a business, they really yelled and talked to me bad. Told me that basically the cook messed my food up because I talked back after he insulted me. No way don’t go or buy food there if the cook don’t feel like doing he’s job he will mess ur order up and may spit on it. Disgusting don’t trust it. Not only with the bad reviews they have on the roaches and rat but now the cook and employees are rud and think they’re just the hottest thing orotund. Shame on y’all will never and I will keep wrybad reviews just because u messed my order up on purpose just because ur cook is a mad about life miserable, if y’all dont find a better cook or a nice and polite person to answer phone u will soon go out...

The customer Service is horrible. The guy who answered the phone was rude. When I placed my order I asked for the pizza to be cooked well done not burnt. By the time it got to my address it was cold and the crust was so hard. When I called them after getting delivered they said “that’s not their problem and I shouldn’t have said well done”. I didn’t know well done means burnt. Then was told “I should have picked my food up instead of using delivery then I would have been able to check my food before it came to me”. As I’m explaining more about my order the guy said it’s nothing we can do And hung up on me. Will never order from this...

Yes fast delivery but nasty! The guy who took my order took it carelessly he didn't even ask what I wanted on my stuff & I had to call back to say my wings I wanted them barbecue wings which I didn't get I got another kind. I got some really oily frys I couldn't eat then I got a really bad stomach ache because all the old oil on the fries & wings. Also the wings were salty the pizza was dry it was terrible never will I Order from here again thanks. I DON RECOMMEND!...
