Although our food was hot and fresh when we received it, it was cold by the time we got to eat it. One of the shift managers walked up to our car while we were sitting in the drive-through lane and would not stop talking. We told her several times that we were in a hurry to get to our next destination, but it did not deter her. The timer at the drive-through flashed 7:57 when I glanced up into the window. Another worker opened the window and asked us to pull forward because the timer was counting the length of time we sat there. The shift manager standing on the passenger side of our vehicle was still talking but would not move away so that we could leave. I kept inching forward until I finally just drive away leaving the shift manager standing in the middle of the drive-through lane. I ordered a big bag meal with a plain spicy chicken sandwich and a hot dog with no mustard and medium curly Fries. What I received was a hot dog with the smallest amount of ketchup I've ever seen. No chili nor onions like it was supposed to have. However, the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. She even repeated the order back to me again once I drove to the pickup window. I was very disappointed and will thoroughly check my food before pulling away from the windows, if I even return. Breakfast is always excellent and staff is on the ball. Fair warning, wait time in the morning can be pretty long. This is just because it tends to be really busy so it's worth it because you're going to get fresh stuff. Versus other places where you wait a long time and still get old food.
