I was there for the first time (I live in Huntington) the ice cream is great but the customer service was absolutely AWFUL. My friend and I went in there for ice cream for 5 people, and we knew most of what we wanted other than for my nephew. We went in there and everyone in there (who were talking before) got silent and it felt like her and I were very unwanted. I (being brown) felt very uncomfortable while I was trying to order. I ordered a waffle bowl and he had said “I’ll have to go look for some because I just sold the last one.” And I had said “that’s fine take your time” and he had brought back a waffle bowl cracked which was fine (as I told him it was).
