Still perplexed by the experience here. Went on a Sat morning after seeing a FB post about a “buffet” assuming it would be a nice way to taste some of the homemade German goodies. Not so much. Store bought (I’m assuming leftovers from the week) rolls, pretzel nuggets/buns, ham and pate of some sort, jellies. There were scrambled eggs and sausage that were nothing special. The German rolls she had made were hard as a rock and not fresh. We just kept thinking that the free breakfast at the hotel across the street at least doesn’t pretend it’s something that it’s not. Unfortunately we both ended up being sick the rest of the day after having been there. I imagine it was the meats sitting out. The owner is incredibly friendly and we wanted nothing but good things for this new business but an empty display case at 9am on a Saturday was surprising and what was there was not enticing.
