**** SEE PICTURES BELOW**** Worst pizza and customer service I ever had - RUN DON'T WALK AWAY and waste you money. I've been very sick for the past 4 days and finally had a tiny bit of an appetite. I though pizza sounded good and would be easy to reheat. After going to the Dr's, being sent to have a chest x-ray and picking up prescriptions, I picked up the pizza. I was so hungry that I had a piece in the car. I thought the pizza was horrible but figured at least it was something easy to eat and reheat later, I would add flavor to it next time I ate - Point being I planned on eating it over the next few days should my appetite return and I would never go there again. By the time I got home, my throat felt tight - I am allergic to green bell peppers. I went to put the rest of the pizza in ziplock bags and noticed several pieces of the pizza had green bell peppers on it. I immediately took 2 benadryl and called Bazzor's. I spoke to Brandon, the manager on duty tonight and nicely explained what happened and asked that they refund the credit card I paid with. He not only said it was impossible for the green bells peppers to end up on my pizza, basically told me he didn't believe me and refused to refund my credit card unless myself or someone would drive back to the resturante and show him the pizza. Once again, I explained that I am very sick and the only reason why I was out of the house today was to see the Doctor and that my husband is not in town, I am alone. I let him know I lived over 30 minutes from the Resturant and could not drive back- I couldn't based upon my being so sick. I asked for a number I could text pictures of the bell peppers on the pizza too or an email address. He would not give me a number or email address. I normally would not give a poor review for terrible food or bad customer service however, based upon Brandon refusing to give me a number or email address to text pictures too, basically calling me a liar, and not refunding my credit card I am leaving a poor review. I will follow up with another manager tomorrow and hopefully they will refund the + $22 tab. It's not the +$22 I am concerned about. I am concerned with the way Brandon treated me and my situation - He wasn't even concerned, apologetic or asked how I was doing with the allergic reaction I was having caused by them. My husband and I are/have been business owners and know the importance of customer service. I would not allow an employee to treat their customer(s) like I was treated tonight.

I have 5 children, who often have friends over when we order pizza here. We probably order every other week. Our tab is generally above $100 and I like to tip the delivery drivers 20% in cash. Not anymore. Went in for a soda today. They have an agave cream soda thats hard to find elsewhere. Now, I have claustrophobia and PTSD from being suffocated. I literally cannot wear a mask for legitimate medical reasons and have a doctors note for said reasons. It is classified as a disability and the maricopa county health codes allow for medical exemptions for exactly this reason. No where in those laws does it say a restaurant or other establishment can refuse you service because of your medical condition. Well, they did. And all I wanted was a soda and to be treated like a regular customer despite my condition. Hate disabled people? Want to treat them differently and shoo them outside to order from their car like a walking disease? Fine. After 25 years of being loyal customers, We will never order from them again and will make sure our friends and family don't either. Enjoy your slices of communism.

Do you ever go to your favorite pizza place and they know your order by heart? Zoey knows mine every Tuesday, and she always greets me with a warm smile. It’s more than just good pizza, it’s the kindness and connection that keep me coming back. People like Zoey and Lindsey remind me that there are still so many good humans out there. After I finish my meal and clear my own table, they always take a moment to say “Thank you” and wish me a good day as I walk out. That small gesture sticks with me. In a world where we’re often bombarded by negativity, it’s comforting to know there are still places and people who quietly do their part to make life a little brighter. I feel good coming in, and I feel even better walking out. We should all be so lucky to have folks like this making our day just a little better.

BEWARE If delivery driver Joshua Shipp has your food he will keep begging for a tip by calling/texting back to back and refuse to release your food that you have already paid for. The pizza isn't the best around, but we all know there are extremely limited options in this area. But, the service is extremely poor. The Manager Brandon is beyond apathetic and rude. He could not care less about retaining a customer whatsoever. I let him know that his delivery driver called my phone back to back then also texted soliciting and requesting gratuity ad he held my meal hostage at the front door after already being directed to leave it at the front door on a chair on the patio (pretty specific). As a business owner myself we know it is unprofessional, inappropriate and at the least makes a cusromer feel uncomfortable to repeatedly solicit a money by calling 3x and texting 3x back to back. Brandon said this was policy, and their customary protocol. Alrighty then. I then told him that once I let the driver know via text I would not be leaving gratuity this time, he then replies "yup" via text and proceeds to speed out of my driveway making a squealing sound from his tires. For this reason I requested the driver not contact me again via call text or come to my home, at which point Brandon, the manager hung up on me. Understood. We will not spend another dime on the poorly prepared tasteless pizzas they take hours to deliver. We know that businesses that do not care anything about their customers have...

Today at 10:56 am, I ordered a small pizza and a 2L for delivery. It said the delivery time was 60 minutes. After 65 minutes, I called and was told that they had a busy lunch rush and a driver was leaving with my order right then- 15 more minutes, max. After 45 minutes, still no food and called back. after being put on an immediate hold for 5 minutes, we asked for the manager. HOLD AGAIN! after several minutes again, the poor kid stuck with the phone came back to say the "the manager is too busy to talk to you" WOW WOW WOW. They said someone will call us back. Finally, after 2 HOURS, I was delivered an ice cold pizza. I was not offered a refund, I was not offered to come pick up the order. I ordered for a new hire that was attending training and had a very short window for lunch break, which obviously came and went without him eating. A phone number and even email address is on the order. there is absolutely no reason that one cannot update a customer when their order is taking longer than expected. Then to tell the customer that they are not important enough to have the matter handled?...
