I don't always write a review. It either has to be because it was great or I saw something I never want to see again.
In this case it was a manager reprimanding underaged employee repeatedly in a condescending tone. For about 2 minutes in front of customers. And when I spoke up saying hey sometimes people make mistakes he accidentally sold us smalls which aren't on the menu. It's not the end of the world, people make mistakes and that's ok. Which she replied with how about you mind your business and leave. The kid was 15 and accidentally followed my order to the T. So sorry he provided kind customer service unknowingly selling us what we wanted but not what was on the menu. Needless to say. Be nice. Don't take your mistakes out on employees. Your training clearly failed so do better and own up to mistakes and reprimand with a positive attitude when it's called for not for something as simple as accidentally selling a small drink... Never coming back don't want to see the lady. And the poor kids probably getting verbally abused more as I type. I pray she learns from her mistakes and learns to be kinder to people and customers. Everything I said can be seen and heard by cameras on site if...
Read moreWe pulled up at 7:50pm. Wanting to sit down and have a meal, something other than a home cooked meal and we didn’t have to do dishes after. Two employees standing my the door talking in inside. We get out and I tell wife, their shutting down eating area. Sure enough when we walk up she says that the dining room is closed. I then quickly respond saying g that it is 10 minutes until 8:00, really? She then says yup, we are short staffed, even though there is a customer inside enjoying his meal. I said OK we’ll go through drive through. We pull up to the drive through ordering spot, and talk about made to feel I we were being rushed on purpose. Couldn’t get through the first meal without her asking “will that complete your order?” She just saw the two of us walk up. I said “no” and proceeded to order and interrupted with her thinking she knew what I wanted, and it wasn’t. We get home, less than 1/2 mile away and the fries are room temp and so is the burger meat like it had been sitting somewhere for a while. I’m just not satisfied with the meal and the service at all. Just threw $25 out...
Read moreI have been craving a western bacon cheeseburger since I moved in 2017 so today was my first time came to the Carl's Jr on 43rd avenue and Camelback and I was 100% dissatisfied. The hamburger patty was so dry there was nothing at all you could do to try to make it juicy. Shame on you Carl's Jr because you're slogan is supposed to be "If it doesn't get all over the place it doesn't belong in your face"! This burger was so dry that it didn't even move on the dried out bun, we got mayonnaise packets and it looked like jergens lotion and that still did not help. Come on now Carl's Jr does the cost of the barbecue sauce come out of your employees pocket no it doesn't so you could use a little bit more barbecue sauce the hamburger patty look like a old used tire that has been sitting in the sun for quite a while! I post reviews on variety of restaurants and I only give a bad review when it's really bad this one has really taken the cake on that. I'm very disappointed that we had to spend $24.70 on that meal.. so when I'm craving a hamburger next time Burger King...
