I asked for the family deal which includes two sides and an iced tea gallon. I asked to substitute the coleslaw side with a side of mac and cheese the person said no so I asked to substitute the coleslaw for a six piece of biscuits she said no she could only give me four. I didn't understand why since 6 biscuits is less than 1 large side. I wasn't happy on how she was treating me she was rude and didn't explain why she could not do this. So I went to the one on Central and Broadway. The lady there without any hesitation gave me the six biscuits instead of the coleslaw and gave me a cold gallon of iced tea. Instead of the hot gallon I got from this Church's Chicken store. The iced tea they serve at this store is served from the ice tea bin that they make themselves and they pour it into a tampered gallon. The store on Central gave me a closed gallon of iced tea that was served cold. Customer service and assistance to make your customers happy Lacks at this store and I proved it by going to another store and not getting any hesitation. This time was my last straw I went in today and ask for the price of a chicken sandwich the lady said 159 so I asked her if I can have six and she charged me 159 each instead OF the 2 for 2 deal that they were having at their store. When I got to the window and saw the poster for two sandwiches for $2 I asked her why she didn't give me that price she said because I didn't ask her. It's remarkable how I asked her what the price for a chicken sandwich was and ordered six and she didn't bother to say or ring me up for the price of the sale. I'm Amazed there is no management at this location. If you want to waste your time patience and money I recommend you come to this place. Otherwise if you want to save money & have good customer service you should go to the one on Central...
Read moreWorst place to go to get chicken. I would have given Zero stars. We went through the drive thru and made our order and we waited quite a long time as there was several cars ahead of us and we were getting good for dinner when we drove up to the window to pay for our meal we were told that they ran out of chicken and were no longer serving food for the night this was at 7pm in the evening. That they gave the past of the food to the person ahead of us but they looked like they were cleaning up already already and getting ready to close up. Not to mention there was people still lined up behind us as well which ment they were still taking people's orders. And they were very rude about the whole thing and basically cussed us out and we left. I suggest they should just shut this place down, I don't think anyone should eat at this establishment. Save yourself the time and eat somewhere else please, no one deserves the type of treatment we got that day. And this is not the only time this has happened to us at this same place. So please do not eat here. I repeat do not eat here spend your money and time and go to another chicken place that deserves your patronage. Thank you have...
